I just went again and the service was not the best. The younger lady was very rude and when we pointed out a mistake on the menu she just walked away when she wanted to charge us for leaving 2 crab Rangoon and 1 piece of sushi. Stating its policy to charge extra for leftover pieces. Even though the menu states “if excessive amounts are left, $5 charge per plate” we ended up eating the 1 piece extra. We went 2 times within 1 week and had an amazing experience on Monday but the complete opposite on Sunday.
Absolutely love the all you can eat sushi. The fish is always fresh and service was amazing. I’m already thinking about my next trip here.

This place is such a nice area to eat. The view is amazing and worth the visit! The food is also great! With normal pricing. Very clean atmosphere. Only thing is I wish the servers were a little more attentive and the bathrooms could be cleaner. But overall 10/10, it’s not everyday you get a spectacular view. Felt like I was on vacation!☀️

Truly a hidden gem! Sushi was top notch and served quickly. Views of the lake from the dining area are a nice bonus. Do yourself a favor and get a piece of strawberry cake as a dessert and you won’t leave disappointed

Nicely decorated space, very unique place right by the water for some seafood! Nothing like it.
Highly reccomend the cowboy roll, the bit of beef on top just gives it a bit of smoke flavor.
Can’t wait to revisit, especially during the spring and summer to look out on the water. Better yet sit outside on the patio enjoying some refreshing sushi and tea.
The bit of strawberry cake at the end was a delight to have. Very light and fun way to end our dinner

I called to check on how long it would take for a small sushi order. The lady told me 15 mins. I proceeded to order it online. Received my total and when I went to pick 20 mins later, they charged me more ($2.50) for a sliver of cream cheese added to a california roll and extra because I wanted to make sure spicy mayo was on it like all the other rolls. After I paid she then tells me another 30 mins. Never again will I go. The sushi was warm and had some weird taste to it, like it was room temp and old. Not ok considering how much I spent. They also put all the rolls we purchased piled in one container. Thank goodness no one in my group has allergies.

however the, salmon dumpling is terribly tiny compared to when they were first serving it. it’s an $10.40 appetizer but it only really serves ones person? that’s absolutely outrageous, it used to at least serve 2 people and not even for $9. and don’t get me started the crab ragoon because there’s not even a sad amount of crab there’s NONE, no nothing but an absurd amount of cream cheese. just rename it cheese ragoon if ya’ll don’t wanna put any crab in the CRAB ragoon

Payed 66 dollars for two people for the all you can eat. Me and my fiance have gone a few times we realized the waiters are judgey and can be rude. I ordered a California roll and noticed they put a little sliver of crab but when I looked over at the table next to the table next to us there’s looked completely normal. And for me paying that much money I would expect better. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want judgy staff and overpriced food that’s not worth it. If they changed maybe I would come back. But not worth the 66 I had to pay.

I like this place… it’s not a full service “cook in front of you” hibachi restaurant but they don’t charge you like those places either. Because of that I think it is a great place… for the price. Which pretty much is what to expect: Even the sushi may not use real crab but then they don’t charge $15 a roll either. I like their hibachi lunches and dinner. Lunch is a great way to try them out. Not bad for a steak hibachi lunch. So if you want a quick hibachi or sushi fix Yamato is worth a stop. You have a friend that is one of those “this isn’t real” snobs? Take them elsewhere or choose one of your laid back friends… you will have a better time anyway 🙂

The cream cheese Rangoon’s and coconut shrimp were super good! Steak hibachi was delicious and super flavorful. We loved the sushi, only down fall is the stir fry was just a tad bland but not everything can be 5 stars!
