Love this place so much. Their sushi is always so fresh and love the flavor profiles they choose. My favorite rolls/sashimi there is the citrus forward specialty rolls. The lime roll is my absolute fav there. I recommend making a reso for dinner bc it’s usually busy but for lunch you can usually get right in. Parking is a bit of a hassle because of the trader Joe’s so close so residential parking is the move.

I was here a year ago when visiting for the holidays and it was high on our list for returning to. This visit might have been better if that’s possible! We were seated outside, heating lamps of course were already set up, and it was s really pleasant option. The food came out a roll at a time and the sake was excellent! Everything fresh everything delicious! Highly recommend!!

I thought the food was just ok. It was good but did not wow me that I would crave any of the rolls. Don’t get me wrong the fish was fresh but it was just ok. The rolls fell apart pretty quickly. The service was friendly but slow.
It’s a pretty small restaurant so the tables are very close together so it does get loud if you’re trying to have a conversation The parking lot is small so searching for street parking is not the easiest in this neighborhood.

We had a very nice dinner here. It was highly recommended by a friend. It is a cute little place that fills up quickly. We ended up sitting outside with some heaters, which was quite nice. We tried the Brussel sprout appetizer, and it was excellent. We ordered the Asian roll, the lobster tempura roll as well as the soft shell crab roll. All were very good. The negima, which is chicken on a stick, was very tasty. We finished with mochi, which was perfect.

The sushi was excellent. The service was really bad. We went on a Tuesday night and found parking in their designated area. There was no one there and yet they never checked on us. Our bill was over $300 and we expected to at least be asked if we need anything else. Probably won’t come here again.

The Sushi’s taste was great but in Compre the other sushi restaurants the portions were smaller and the price was slightly higher. However, what puzzled me was charging for ginger and soy sauce that I had never seen in the other sushi restaurants, and may be this is the only weakness in the management decision.

I thought the food was good. But, my overall experience wasn’t so great. It took a very long time for our food to come out. Unlike other restaurants, they brought out everything all at once including the appetizer. This explains why there was such a long delay! And, I was very displeased that they weren’t transparent with the pricing. The price shown on the menu was different from what I was actually charged. And, that’s because they said the fish was market price, which was NOT noted on the menu nor shared verbally. This is unacceptable!

Although the service can sometimes be.. questionable (especially when they are busy or towards closing hours), the food is absolutely 20/10. This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to, and I’ve been to over 100 around the world. The people making the food are also cool and always down to chat.

We visited this place almost 5 years ago and then again this year and it just becomes better.
Service is top notch and makes your dining experience seamless even if your not a pro sushi eater and its difficult for you to choose smth from the menu.
