Awesome new spot in pahrump that is definitely worth checking out if you love sushi. The automated ordering system saves lots of time allowing you to order immediately or whenever you’re ready with large images of every item. The sushi is phenomenal. For appetizers we tried the vegetable tempura and miso soup, both were great. For the sushi my wife and I both loved the Coco Roll with it’s zesty garlic ponzu, but personally I’m a huge fan of the Rock & Roll as it’s a rice free alternative and packed with fish. We tried the strawberry mochi for dessert and just like everything else it was delicious. Price is a bit higher than other local restaurants but worth every penny.

Incredible sushi, incredible staff, incredible prices! My friend and I were completely blown away by this place. The quality of the fish cannot be overstated. The Washington roll had the best salmon I’ve ever had. We got 4 special rolls and a large beer for $65. We could not believe it. Best of all were the staff. So attentive and kind. The owner was there to make sure we all were enjoying our meal. This place is a total gem!

Good sushi isn’t that easy to find, in my opinion. As a Las Vegas Native of 40+ years, I’ve been to many. That being said, this place is great. Everything tasted great, fresh, and was well made. Seems like a lot of pride goes into their work. It was awesome, the service was awesome, and I’m definitely coming back. I moved out to Pahrump recently and I thought I was gonna miss having good Sushi, turns out I have a great place to go now.

The food is delicious. To have food this good in a small town is wonderful and different. It’s really nice having another option! The service for a small business is top notch. Always friendly and as quick as can be. For a small restaurant they’ve made it inviting without being cluttered. You’re always greeted as soon as you walk in the door.

So happy Sushi Yong is finally in Pahrump! This place has quickly become one of my favorites. The sushi is absolutely delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. The prices are great, especially for the quality, and it’s such a nice change to have a solid sushi option right here in town. It’s now one of my husband’s and my go-to spots for date night.
The restaurant is small but very clean and welcoming, and the service is always kind and attentive. The servers are genuinely nice and apologetic if food takes a little longer, but honestly, that just tells me everything is being made fresh—and I’m more than happy to wait because it’s always worth it. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Highly recommend Sushi Yong if you’re craving sushi in Pahrump!

Well, what can I say, the food was good. We were seated, ordered, and received our food in about 10 minutes total. Fastest service ever in any restaurant. I’m not suggesting that will be the norm. But I was impressed a little. There’s still a little fine tuning to do. The music was a little too loud I thought and not my taste but an open mind is good. I love sushi. I’m confident I’ll love it the next time I go there too.
