QUALITY delicious sushi!!! My husband and I love Sushi Win Jr. This has become a weekly ritual for us and is by far the best sushi in Evergreen. They are family owned and Ryan, the owner, has put his heart and soul into delivering a beautifully crafted menu that rivals the tops sushi spots in Denver (think quality restaurants like Sushi Den, Temaki, Bamboo).
They only bring in the best fish and you can absolutely taste the difference compared to other places in town.
Some favorites: Nigiri combo, crazy salmon, crunchy spicy tuna, dumplings. If you get the nigiri with chef’s choice of toppings, you are in for a treat! So excited to also try the new menu items like the beef tenderloin donburi and the katsu.

absolutely phenomenal experience! This was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in ages. The sushi rolls were incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and so creative. The owner was genuinely kind and welcoming, it felt like catching up with an old friend.
As someone with celiac, dining out can be stressful, but I felt completely safe here. They took such great care to make sure everything was gluten-free and handled properly. My husband ordered the steak and rice bowl, which was torched tableside such a fun and delicious touch!
The restaurant itself is a hidden gem with breathtaking mountain views. 12/10 worth every mile of the drive from Aurora! We’ll definitely be back.

The first thing you notice when you walk into the restaurant is the giant mural on the wall and it is so beautiful. The food was spectacular. Most sushi restaurants have the same type sushi rolls across the board, but Sushi Win Jr has a menu that is very unique. You have got to try it out. This is a family owned business and they take amazing care of you.

First off, I had an amazing experience here. We ordered two giant plates of sushi and let the owner Ryan take the wheel and hand select our meal. He got my taste profile spot on!!. This is the second time I’ve eaten here with my wife and it was so good I had to bring my best friend in as well this time. The atmosphere is amazing and the paintings are all hand painted by the owners dad. I had the opportunity to talk with the owner and his father and learned a crazy story that humbled me to my core!. My wife, friend and I had just gotten done with a hike right before we showed up and I was so full by the end of the meal we had to get some to go. The owner Ryan took an awesome photo for us to commemorate the experience, and I will definitely be putting sushi win down for future date spots. I cannot express enough the gratitude to how reasonable the menu is priced and the amount of sushi you get by far exceeds the price based on other restaurants I’ve been to. I seriously have left twice now with a container full of sushi that I couldn’t finish and could not be happier to have some snacks for later in the day.

Amazing sushi and a really cool venue. Can’t believe how fresh it was! They have done an awesome job with the renovations. Ryan the owner is super nice and his parents were running the kitchen/service and were lovely. Sad that it has taken us so long to find but we will definitely be back. 10/10.

Best sushi experience in Colorado! The journey of flavors they take you on here is second to none. It was an unbelievable spread that hits every tastebud. Make sure you try the Lost City of Atlantis, The Rattlesnake Roll, The Naughty Roll, and The Big Dipper! Incredible! Ryan is a gem of a guy. From his striking looks, to his humor, such a joy to be in his restaurant.
Service feels like you’re in his home. Food and drinks, out of this world. This type of quality is what I always want when I go out to eat and spend money. The view didn’t suck either!
Highly recommend going. Upon leaving I stated I wanted to come back tomorrow, it was so good! See you soon!

On 1/22/26 our family ate at Sushi Win, Jr in Evergreen, CO. We chose this restaurant as they were donating some of the proceeds of that night to our Granddaughter’s Elementary School (Yay!!!) None of us had been there before (we are visiting our family from Durango, CO). Ryan was working alone last night – which I later found out he was the Maitre de, the Wait Staff, the Bartender, the Dish Washer AND the Chef for a packed-out restaurant!!! His only help was a robot that delivered non-essentials like napkins, silverware, glasses and a small pitcher of water (first time I had ever seen a working robot in person!). So, one might expect something to be lacking, right? Not a chance! Somehow, Ryan was able to be very friendly under pressure and helped us with our order! Ryan was excellent, as was the food and Japanese beer! Even my husband (who NEVER touches Sushi), [Sushi Win, Jr. also had non-sushi food offerings, btw.] ate it and said it was great! We did not leave a scrap and we had ordered many items – enough to feed 4 adults and one child. We look forward to eating there again when we come to Evergreen in the future! Great place to dine out and Ryan’s service was outstanding!

No doubt, the best sushi dinner we have ever had anywhere! We started with spicy edamame and yellowtail sashimi new style and I can’t say enough how delicious it was. We had to reorder the yellowtail, it was so good. For our entries, we had the Sumo and the Sushi Win Classic and both were amazing! We also had the sashimi escolar which I absolutely loved! The owner, Ryan, took such great care of us! We will be back, over and over again. It was that good!
