Fantastic place right on the beach with fantastic food. The ceviche with phenomenal, as were the poke bowl and salad — better than the rolls (good but not as flavorful as the former). Highly recommend the spicy mayo and ají sauces. The service was indeed a bit slow, but the wait staff really nice and the food was worth the wait.

The location right on the beach is great! Only issue was parking, but if you don’t have a car you’re good! It took a long time to get served but you’re on the beach so just chill and relax and enjoy the view! Owen was a super friendly server and offered good customer service. The food was okay. I had the salmon poke bowel with the carrot/ginger sauce and my husband had the fish and chips with mango sauce. Maybe a bit expensive for what we got, but tasty. I got a mocktail with watermelon and cucumber that was very refreshing and yummy! There was a bonfire on the beach and the atmosphere was very nice!

The sushi was delicious and fresh! Loved sitting with our feet in the sand. The gyoza was a real treat. As were the two rolls we had. Service was a little slow at first but other than that 5 stars delicious. Highly recommend.

Arrived and were directed across the street to be seated. The street was very busy and dangerous to cross. Asked about the bathroom and were directed inside behind the kitchen. Very small and not the cleanest bathroom but fine for a quick go I suppose. Finally crossed and asked to be seated. They sat us on the beach which was lovely. We waited 15 minutes before anyone came by to take our order or even give us menus. Finally came back with our menus and we ordered water and soda to start before we decided on other drinks.
Waited 45 minutes for water. When they served my soda water they rimmed the glass with salt, when I asked for a new glass the server said I would have to pay for another one. When I said I didn’t want to drink salt water, (if I wanted salt water I would have drank from the ocean) he said it wasn’t his problem. Asked to move from the beach to an empty table so we would actually get served, they said no. Waited another 30 minutes and got fed up, went to cancel our order, the one person in the restaurant told us to talk to the kitchen to cancel. We tried to talk to our server and he asked who took the order, we said he did and he started gaslighting us, saying he wasn’t our server and didn’t take our order. Finally we walked straight to the kitchen to cancel our order and found out it hadn’t even been placed.
The kitchen staff was lovely, apologetic, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the servers were not.
No idea if the food was good, didn’t have an extra hour to find out.

Extremely poor service and unacceptable behavior.
We came with children to relax, ordered food and drinks, and were sitting at the table. When we briefly went to the restroom, the staff removed my beer from the table, even though it was NOT finished and all our personal belongings were still there.
When I returned and asked where my drink was, the waiter brought another beer but instead of apologizing, he pointed at me and insisted that I had already finished it, saying he brought a new one “just because he wanted to.”
There was no apology, no respect, and no acknowledgment of their mistake.
This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, especially toward guests with children.
When I tried to calmly explain the situation, the staff said they “didn’t want to argue,” but again — no apology, no responsibility taken.
Additionally, on the nearby beach, we were told one price for braiding hair ($15), and afterward were asked to pay $30. This feels misleading and dishonest.
Overall, this place gave a very bad impression.

Don’t waste your time here. The food is simply ok, but you’re going to wait minimum 40 minutes for your order even when the tables are empty. Went there 3 or 4 times, waiting up to 1 hour always. Just because it’s the only place with OK sushi, but nothing special… The waiters are not engaging, they have a special device to call a waiter but it never worked. Chopsticks are dirty sometimes. Drinks are really REALLY sad. Don’t try to order a dessert here, tasteless and expensive. The pictures here are from my last visit. Never again!
