There is no wait time in getting your food, as you can grab a covered plate off the conveyor belt when you sit down. If what you like is not there, they have a huge selection of sushi and other foods that they will make fresh for you. My favorite is the Red Dragon roll.

Came here because it looked good on the site and looked like they had things to try that I haven’t had at different sushi spots before. I’ve been to lots of different sushi locations and this one is the worst. I thought I read somewhere that their krab salad was good. It was the worst I’ve had. I just got water and drank my cup down to empty and it sat empty for a good 20 minutes. Then finally the lil woman came to take our order. Finally.. I asked for a few different plates special order including muscles.
She then grabbed two plates of muscles that were sitting uncovered on the tracks since we showed up there. I said no way I’m going to eat those can you make me fresh ones please? She then said something in a language I didn’t understand but I knew she was just going to heat those up for me. That did it soon as they brought them out I said I’ll pay for 1 but I’m not eating it. Bill please. Never going back.

Everything positive I could say about this place I’ve already stated in my Dough valley review! Excellent service from the owner, Ping! The sushi is very good and I never feel like I have to wait long for something good to arrive on the belt! Highly recommend for fast and good sushi.

Went to eat sushi today at 8:30pm. First time here. First impression is what makes costumers come back. Sushi maker was fast with great service. Sushi was made fresh to order. Sushi was good for the price. Topping of sushi was good, got the full flavor. The rice needs to be worked on. Rice was a little bland. Bathrooms not very clean. Waitress was horrible, only stop by once to see if we needed anything. I could see waitress was too busy talking to co-workers. Ginger condiments were pretty empty that needed refilling…..Gave sushi maker 28% tip, Waiter on the other hand got 7% tip. I would go back if hungry for . But not recommend to others. Waitress really need to work on her performance….

One of my favorite sushi places. I love to eat out with friends here and I frequently order delivery as well. Fast service and delicious sushi for decent prices. If you live in Oregon city or are visiting, and you love sushi, you should definitely give them a try.

sushi was fresh and made when ordered. Good sized portions and filling. Ginger was prepackaged in little baggies and wasn’t so fresh, menu was a little outdated but overall good food. Definitely would come back.

Great rotating sushi belt restaurant. Casual, quick, fresh, and tasty. You can order specific items or grab unique items from the belt. Definitely worth the trip.

I am happy to edit this review again because the owner has heard the feedback and adjusted prices accordingly; to me this is a 6 star already, but then I discovered they started carrying Ikura, something I’d specifically requested!
Thank you so much, it has been wonderful to be able to get good Ikura on the hill in Oregon City AND, while still raised, the prices per roll are much more reasonable and better than a lot locally. In addition, the Ikura is also priced comparatively to most other sushi places and is relatively high quality, in my own Ikura-loving opinion; I’ve certainly had higher quality Ikura, but it’s up there enough to be good. I highly recommend the new “tempura jalapeno” as well, they are fantastic and I get them often! It’s clearly been going under some testing as a menu item but I had one filled with their amazing crab salad recently that felt like the perfect solution and was delicious, I think that would be the best route for it!
As someone who has tried every place around, I confidently say Sushi Valley is the best sushi place in Oregon City – not that all the others are bad, it’s just that this one is my favorite!
