I found this place on July 2nd and am here constantly now. Most weeks multiple times, but minimum one lunch special.Sometimes I go for lunch specials and back for dinner.

Pictured are some of the different orders I placed.

At times, the service can be a little slow, only due to the lack of staff that we find in all customer service places. I do not fault them for that, as it is hard to find good staff that will stick around. They are always polite.
There could be one or two servers for the entire restaurant at times. They take care of customers as quickly as they can, and food is ALWAYS excellent, with beautiful presentation.

I love that I can get Grape Ramune, with no dye.

Try their desserts, too. You won’t be disappointed.

If you don’t like sushi, try the hibachi meals. My husband loves the salmon hibachi meal.

BEHOLD ALL SUSHI LOVERS! For you are about to experience one of the best sushi joints in Colorado! The style of this place oozes right to the entrance, with an amazingly generous and kind wait staff. They even made sushi rolls into little shapes to help up with what we ordered. Wildly impressive!

And then there is the food! Woah, did this place deliver some of the sweetest, most savory sushi this goblin has ever tasted! Even the California Roll was on point! Solid place all around!

We happened to go for happy hour, which now we know is Monday through Saturday from 1 to 5. They have $5 and $10 specials on specific sushi rolls.
We had The Angry Dragon, the Miami Heat and the Godzilla. They were all so delicious. As far as the Miami Heat with the green chili, to die for. The Godzilla, if you like crunchy as I do this was delicious. Not to mention, the food looked beautiful.
Julius was our server and he was very kind and attentive.

Definitely recommend! Sushi is amazing.

The atmosphere is also awesome and the service was fantastic.

Highly recommend the Apple Martini and the One Night In Vegas roll. It was fantastic.

Wrap it all up with the Tempura Cheesecake.

Delicious. Stopped by here for lunch and noticed they had $5 rolls and appetizers. The interior of the place is stunning. It code over $1 million dollars 6 years ago and it really makes a beautiful environment to eat. I tried the spicy edamame, salmon mango roll, and a couple other salmon rolls. Looking forward to coming back soon

Nice space w cute dining booths. Food quality and selection were good but not memorable. Pork belly bun and fried calamari were disappointing. Service unfortunately was slow and it wasn’t even packed – looked like only half filled that night.

Owner responded very courteously so I will expound here:
1. Pork belly buns – pork belly had good flavor but a bit less savory than others I’ve had. A simple slice of cucumber won’t cut it. Pork belly buns have to have pickled veggies cause it really adds to the overall flavor.
2. Fried calamari – about a third of the rings were dry/thin, chewy. The rest were nice, plump and juicy.
3. Very understandable that with only 2 servers, things will be slow – they were very nice and pleasant, so all good.

They had an extensive menu, with some really delicious, creative combinations. We had two specialty rolls, sushimu and calamari. Everything was delicious, and the environment was great. The booths had beautiful japanese art on them. We asked for tea, expecting the teapot, but we got cups with a teabag, not a great look for the place. Also their menu was 6 pages printed on one side in white paper (clearly dirtied up by previous clients), held together by a paper clip, not a great look for the place. I almost don’t want to take any stars because the sushi was delicious and very creative, but given some of the amazing sushi places in Denver I feel like I have to take a star, also their seaweed salad wasn’t great. It tasted generic, like the one you buy at the grocery store.

Great food and service but not so much to justify the price. Just a few items from the menu and I was already in ~$60. Would have preferred a sushi /sashimi dinner combo but this included only salad or soup, and the chef selection was lacking.

I’m sadly writing a one star review of this new restaurant, which is shocking because it’s nearly a 5-star restaurant on Google. We were in the mood for more/less healthy lunch and were in the mood for teriyaki and a sushi roll. Was excited to find this new restaurant. Ordered takeout, the gentleman on the phone was friendly, polite, and prompt with our order. This bad review comes from the quality of the food.

We ordered lunch portions of chicken hibachi and beef bowl with side salads and two sushi roles.

When we both opened the containers the first thing we noticed was the pale/stale color 9f the meet. My chicken. Was cut into odd shapes, rubbery, dry, not fresh tasting. The vegetables were darn near brown and soggy. The beef was shredded to oblivion and was also dry. We looked at the sushi roles. The spicy tuna was mashed together, rubbery, dry, rice mushy and cold. They didn’t seem freshly made at all, where fresh rolls tend to be delicate and almost fall apart when you eat them. These rolls were one solid round dry mush. The unagi roll was bland. Our stomachs turned sour and we no longer trusted the safety of this food.

The side salad was simply bagged lettuce with a side dressing. Our meal cost $60 in total, and all that was edible was the rice that came in the meals.

I’m sorry for such a critical review, but this food was not edible. It has the appearance of last night’s leftovers, for real. I wish this place luck in the future.

I thought everything was top notch at this sushi spot. The ambiance was nice, the staff was friendly and attentive. They even gave my wife a gift bag just because it was Mother’s Day. The sake was hot and they gave me a big carafe of water ,but still found the time to refill my water before I ever wanted more.the rice was super sticky and They even gave you little chopstick helpers for the less experienced sushi eaters.I can’t say enough good things about this place I definitely will be back.
