Best sushi I have had in a long time! The quality of the fish is out of this world and Yuki is a true sushi master as well as a genuinely great person. I have been been to many high-end omasakes before and I have never experienced such a high quality of ingredients, including his home-made soy sauce and the quality of the uni! The restaurant itself is cozy and immaculate and the service is impeccable. Would recommend to anyone looking to experience the best that Japan has to offer while staying in the Eastern townships.
