Went for the all you can eat sushi. Did not hold back. Went on a Friday night around 9:30 and only a couple people inside. Service was amazing. Staff were extremely kind great service honestly. Food came out quick and fresh. I did not like the calamari, but that’s just me. The scallion pancakes are honestly good. The deep fried Oreo was not it either. Very thin and no batter on it. But the sushi was definitely fresh and it came out quick. Give you 2 sheets of paper and you write down the number of how many orders you want. Overall, a great all you can eat sushi place especially on Long Island.

Hard to find appetizer options like takoyaki at an all you can eat place. Unique specialty rolls and toppings like seared steak, which is also hard to find. Service was average atmosphere is pretty good. Would recommend.

What a relief to find out today I no longer have to trek into Queens or Manhattan to find decent sushi. After a visit here you’ll find this will become your go-to spot for a quick delicious meal. The menu has great variety from hot kitchen selections down to sushi and specialty rolls. It’s all-you-can-eat WITH SURPRISINGLY FAST SERVICE. The restaurant was packed during this visit but the food always arrived within minutes of ordering. If you want beer or wine just bring it in with you. That’s a fantastic idea and keeps costs low when other places charge you a fortune for standard beverages. Plenty of parking too. Like I said the place was packed and there was still plenty of parking for my group of 12.

5 stars from me. It is definitely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back… over and over again.

Came here for lunch with a friend, and we were the only 2 in the restaurant. When my friend arrived first, she got a menu, and when I arrived, I was waiting for my menu. Upon waiting a couple of minutes, the waiters asked if we were ready to order, and I said I don’t have a menu. They then gave me a menu, but hardly gave me time to look. My friend and I were also talking, so looking at the menu took some time, but I figured it wasn’t a big deal since we were the ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS THERE FOR LUNCH! And so, eventually I made my lunch options, after feeling pressured to make a decision. After the appetizer came, our rolls shortly came out, leaving no time to us enjoying the appetizer and talk. When our food came, we were taking our time, but throughout our time there, 2 of the servers kept coming by and walking around us as if we were at an aquarium with sharks swimming around. I’m glad they were there if we needed something, but I felt like we had no privacy, or had time alone to enjoy our time together.

The one waiter who kept circling us, was checking to see if we were done with our food, which we were not, we were just talking and ENJOYING OUR TIME TOGETHER and catching up!!!! They did fill our waters constantly, which was nice, but again, LET US HAVE OUR GIRL TIME!!!! We were the only 2 there, chill!!! It wasn’t even rush time for them, or early dinner time.

As soon as they saw my friend done eating for a short while, they asked before taking, but they were wanting me to finish soon after. Once I did, I had the last roll in my mouth and the waiter swept the plate from me!!!! Like damn, LET ME FINISH EATING FIRST!!! And right after they came with the check.

I heard this place was good for all you can eat, but I guess when you just want to order from the menu, they rush the hell out of you to leave the restaurant!!! This was my first time here, and it may be my last.

We went for the 1st time to this place for all you can eat Sushi. The price is not cheap slightly less then $30, which other places also have. We ordered the shumi, and pop rock shrimp for appetizer. They came really quick as if they were refried. The main course the 3 of us ordered few types of sushi and 3 pieces of sashimi. The sashimi was fine. But the ginger they serve at every place is important for palate cleanse in-between each sushi so the different taste you can appreciate. But the ginger smelled bad like as if it came from a jar which was old and stale. I asked for another ginger hoping that this was only a fluke. But the 2nd ginger was just as bad I couldn’t even put it in the mouth the smell just set me off. The sushi which had pepper tuna tasted really bad and I ve had this at numerous places but this was really bad. I could not even finish it. We didn’t order anything else and asked for the check. Extremely disappointed. The people are nice but the place also had this smell like when you walk into a place that’s old or not aired out. Will Not be going there again sadly.

Thank you to the Staff/Chef of Sushi Time 560! The food was amazing and the best part was the hospitality of the staff! My party and I ordered many of the special rolls and my personal favorite was the teriyaki chicken – To top it all off the Fried Oreos were the best dessert. 10/10 and I recommend to everyone to try Sushi Time 560 at least once!

I went to this sushi restaurant recently and honestly left impressed. The fish was super fresh, the rolls were packed with flavor, and everything came out looking like it belonged in a magazine. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving.

The staff was friendly without being over the top, and the service was quick even though it was a busy night. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and comfortable — the kind of spot you can hit for a casual dinner or a nicer night out.

If you’re into sushi or just want a good dining experience overall, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll 100% be back.

The sushi was fresh and delicious. The service was overall very good, but could be faster. I arrived with a party of 6 at 7 pm on a Saturday for my friends’ birthday dinner. There were only 2 other tables filled there at that time. Between 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm, they did fill up pretty close to full. The service was attentive and friendly, but was a little slow, which is why we left at 9:30 instead of 8:30.

The food was cooked fresh and the sushi was prepared as ordered. The place is BYOB (Bring Your Own Beer/Bottle) which is nice if you would rather not drink what they have there, or if you have a specific wine in mind that you’d want to enjoy with your meal.

They have All You Can Eat (AYCE) for both the sushi and the kitchen, which is nice. They have different pricing for both lunch/dinner and weekday/weekend. When we went, I believe it was $32.99 for weekend dinner AYCE.

The restaurant was clean, the waitress was friendly, the food was tasty, the selection was wide, and for all you can eat for $32.99 before tax and tip, it’s not bad and very comparable to similar places.

I’ll be going back to try some other items soon.
