One of the best Thai meals in ages. Love the wait staff and the ambiance too . Add the crispy duck to any meal and make it amazing. Lunch has some wonderful bento box combos too if you’re looking for variety. Went twice in one day!

Amazing little find we’re staying at the Surf Hotel we weren’t sure where to go. We tried to stop at Quincy’s. Do yourself a favor RUN lol and come over here this food is phenomenal

Possibly the best sushi in Colorado.
All around the best food and service I’ve ever had in all our travels. My wife and I are regulars since their opening. 45 minute drive for us from the ranch. The food quality and outstanding service have always been consistent. The atmosphere is beautiful. Lunch or dinner you cannot go wrong. Love it.

This place left us in a delightful food coma. Everything from the vibes to the foods was divine. The staff was hustling around but joyful and welcoming while doing so. HIGHLY recommend the drunken noodles…the best I’ve ever had. The sushi was a hit coming from someone who grew up at the beach! Will be back when in town!

Was in town for my birthday, I am from Boston and love good fish – after reading rave reviews I really wanted to try Sushi Thai. This place is incredible. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We ordered the sushi boat for 2, and I don’t think I can remember the last time having sushi so good. WOW!!!

I don’t often leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. Quite literally the best restaurant in Buena Vista. The staff are some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll meet, and their hospitality truly sets this place apart.
The food is incredible, authentic, and thoughtfully made, with great prices. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and what really makes this restaurant special is the people behind it. You can feel the care and pride they put into everything they do. I literally am hugged when I walk in.
It feels like a true taste of Thailand right here in Buena Vista. If you don’t eat here, you’re honestly missing out big time!

Ate here twice over three days – really good. Very pleasant ambiance with background music yet it was easy to have a conversation. Had Sushi Appetizer (good) because it came with 5 pieces but wanted the Sashimi Appetizer which had 9 pieces. Had chicken Pad Thai – a bit sweet but really good after adding a bit of chili oil. Had Deep Fried My Heart roll, twice – really good. Got to taste the tuna tartare which we would get next time. Drunken noodles really good as well. The fried fish skin was a first for me – really good. Very pleasant wait staff. Mix of tables and booths comfortably spaced. Check opening hours if you’re thinking a late lunch. This owner has restaurants in Salida and Alamosa and one or two other locations. Definite go back.

Sushi Thai is the best restaurant in all of BV. The breadth of the menu is impressive, spanning Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisine, and everything is consistently well executed despite how extensive the offerings are.
The fish is fresh, and the curries, soups, and noodle dishes are excellent. Honestly, many of these dishes rival or surpass what I have had at restaurants in Denver. For a restaurant in the mountains, they absolutely crush it.
The staff is exceptionally kind, the food comes out quickly, and the takeout ordering experience is always seamless.
My favorites include the duck pad thai, green curry, seaweed salad, miso soup, beef pho, spicy edamame, and all of their nigiri especially their bbq eel.
Portions are generous for the price, and the consistency is unmatched. You are never rolling the dice on quality here. Whether you are dining in or picking up takeout, you are guaranteed a delicious meal.
