Service was great. Servers were super friendly and attentive.

We ordered using the tablets, but they can also do full service manual ordering if patrons prefer.

Got a beer and some random sushi rolls Really enjoyed the Jessica roll (rainbow with spicy crab salad).

Salmon Lover roll felt a bit skimped out on in the filling, and the rice had good flavor, but texture was just a tad too soft and was a bit chewy (mochi-like).

The sjmple maki rolls are quite big, which was a welcome surprise. Fish quality was good overall.

My family loves Japanese cuisine. We went there for the first time because of its appearance and the pleasant aroma that beckoned us inside.
The chicken udon was delicious, not overly greasy, with plenty of chicken and vegetables, and the portion was generous. The California sushi, Dragon sushi, and squid rings were also delicious. Now we visit this restaurant every chance we get. On Christmas Day, we went there specifically for sushi when our eldest daughter came to visit.

We ordered four things, I got the miso soup and chicken bento. My mom got the avocado rolls and veggie tempura.

The seaweed on the avocado rolls definitely felt… Kinda old and soggy. I was shocked because I had a grocery store onigiri and the seaweed was very fresh! I had heard that people recommend eating sushi from the market vs the restaurant… Then, the miso soup was extremely salty. I couldn’t find myself drinking it at all, and it was very misty from whatever powder they added to make it taste like that. The tempura was pretty good, I found myself enjoying it! The chicken bento was honestly just okay, Ono Hawaiian makes a similar chicken but much tastier. The California rolls that came with the bento tasted much better than the avocado rolls, which was odd because they didn’t feel old or soggy like the avocado rolls.

I tried to use the iPad to call over a server for water a couple times and it never worked. Also tried to do it for the check and that also didn’t work. Otherwise the servers were good! I only docked a star because of the iPad request feature not working.

Probably not going to be coming back as it was a bit disappointing and I do feel like I probably could’ve had a better experience just buying grocery sushi and bentos.

We went 2 times in 6 weeks. A great experience. 1st time we sat in the restaurant. The 2nd time we called it in and took it to go. Online ordering we did not see the specific Los Angeles location listed. Both times the food was great! I did have a slight problem with the wasabi (think Mater in Cars 2). I got over it. So will you if it happens to you. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This Japanese restaurant had good food with affordable price. Tempura is very light and crunchy. Salmon bento is very good. Salmon sweet and salty. Tonkashu bento also good. Crunchy outside. Each bento also have sushi and tempura. Staff are friendly too. During busy hours, there might be a wait to get staff attention. Bento size is quite big. This restaurant inside little Tokyo, consider good size for large or small groups. Very convenient with public transport, it is walking distance to train station. Lots of sofa seats, comfortable seating arrangements.

We stopped in here for lunch while shopping in Little Tokyo. The food was pretty good. We had the chicken bento and beef bento. It reminded me of a go to type of neighborhood Japanese restaurant where the food is pretty good and the prices are decent.

Had a good experience eating here recently. You check in at the kiosk on a tablet and they either call you out or you receive a text if you walked off. Had the pork ramen to eat. Next time I’ll renter bento boxes.

My ramen was delicious and bold with flavors. It was the perfect lunch for me and my baby. Our server was very nice and attentive. Right in the middle of little Tokyo. My son loved the broth and I really enjoyed the chilli oil with each of my bites. Definitely need to go back soon and try the baked sushi! Everything looked so good and the serving was perfect. Don’t think about it just go try it out for yourself!

Solid Japanese food restaurant. The portions are a bit smaller than surrounding restaurants but it is cheaper. I like the Ramen here because they bring it to you piping hot which is what I like. Japanese noodle places tend to serve Ramen lukewarm which is not my style. The cucumber salad is great and the service is top notch! Will come back for sure!
