This is one of the best places in town to eat! My only feedback is the broth for the pho could be better, the bone broth isn’t as rich as other Vietnamese restaurants. Feels like it could be made with premade broth and seasoning. A good pho you can smell from the streets. Also, the Thai hot could be hotter. Super grateful for this place tho.

Sadly we had a challenging experience here. We came in 40 minutes before closing and apparently that was too close to break time for the staff on duty that day. We were treated very briskly for most of our visit. They had sake on the menu but when we tried to order a hot sake we were told we couldn’t without being told why. We ordered our food and waited almost an hour for it. No one checked on us before or after its arrival, in fact no one was pleasant until it was time to pay the bill. The food was very good but our two orders of salmon sushi turned into one order of salmon and one of tuna. Disappointing all around for the prices, please do better for others, we won’t be returning.

We ordered the noodles and the Thai curry, and both were absolutely delicious. The food was flavorful, fresh, and served quickly. I really appreciated the healthy options and how vegetarian-friendly the menu is. Everything felt well-balanced and thoughtfully prepared. Will definitely be back!

Sushi Siam is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves Thai and Japanese cuisine. Their menu offers a great variety, but the real standouts for me have been the Crispy Duck with Panang Curry and the Tofu Red Curry—both bursting with rich, authentic flavors. The Tom Kha soup is perfectly balanced with a creamy, tangy broth, and their ramen with spicy miso broth is among the best I’ve ever had. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared with high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are spot on. Highly recommended.

Nice little place in Taos. Crispy duck had great flavor and we were able to order our extra crispy. Also got the seared salmon garlic and Ski lift roll. Both were quite tasty.

The food was delicious and nicely presented. The atmosphere of this establishment was also quite nice. The service? I was not pleased, in the least, by our male Thai server who was quite attentive to other customers but was straight out rude to me and my spouse who is Japanese/Chinese. It was truly uncomfortable. My 15% gratuity was generous for the server and I gave 20% to the itamae. We would return for the food, but not that form of service.

Coming from Las Vegas, Nevada where service and food quality is plentiful, I can honestly say this is one of the best and my most favorite sushi places I have ever eaten.
I ordered the sashimi plate which was cut into large pieces.. I never thought I would crave a simple sashimi dish but there was something about the way they handled the fish and the size of the cuts that brought out the flavors.
I also ordered a bowl of Tom Kha and a dish of drunken noodles… woah! They were extremely AMAZING.What I loved the most is that they truly bring out the favors of the dish with the fresh vegetables and herbs, they don’t over sauce it. The Tom Kha is also deliciously unlike any other. Sooo amazing!! Even though the food is incredible, the staff and service is top notch. Every single staff member is so welcoming, helpful and genuinely cares. I look forward to eating at my new favorite restaurant in Taos.
