My husband and I went here for lunch and not only was thr food fresh and delicious, The service was impeccable. Our server cleared the table of anything immediately. She also made sure our drinks were full. In addition, although we didn’t ask for it, she took a roll off our bill that my husband and I didn’t care for. We tried to insist on paying for it since it was something new we were trying and there was no fault with the quality or presentation, just a personal preference but she wouldn’t hear of it. We put the cost of the roll plus a little extra on her tip because we were just that impressed.
Go here if you’re a fan of great quality, affordable prices, and unmatched service! 100/10 would recommend Sushi Seven for your next sushi craving, sushi date, or sushi experience!!!!
We were seated and then completely forgotten20+ minutes without so much as eye contact from any staff member. No greeting. No water. No explanation. Just silence. Meanwhile, surrounding tables openly complained about empty drinks, missing sauces, and sushi that tasted far from fresh. Orders were wrong, requests vanished, and frustration was the only thing being served consistently.
This restaurant may be coasting on a reputation it no longer deserves. Whatever competence or pride once existed here is gone. The current staff operates as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the doors are open.
If you’re thinking of spending your hard-earned money here, don’t. You’d get more value lighting it on fire—or better yet, donating it to a food bank—than paying for the privilege of being ignored and disappointed.
To the owners: wake up. Your staff isn’t just dropping the ball—they’re punting your business straight into irrelevance. Customers aren’t walking out because of bad luck; they’re leaving because no one seems to care.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Eat literally anywhere else.
