Beautiful place, delicious food, and lovely staff – what more could you want? I visited with my parents: I had the Crispy Mushroom Panko Roll (photo 1) and Vegetable Gyoza, my mum had the Vegetable Teriyaki (photo 2), and my dad had the Chicken Yakisoba (photo 3). All were delicious, with sizeable portions and beautiful presentation. Our waiter Ashwanth was attentive, cheerful, and took a photo of all of us. Even got my dad to try some sushi! Would highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and attentive, the decor and lighting lovely and the atmosphere very relaxed. The range of sushi was very impressive, and when our combo arrived it both looked stunning and tasted amazing. The freshness and quality of produce really came through. 5 stars all round.

The sushi here was exceptional – fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every dish we tried was spot on, from the noodles to the tempura prawns and edamame. The service was great too; the team were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Easily one of the best spots in Essex for quality food and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Greeat sushi but 4 pounds for a bottle of water?! 8-10 piece sushis around 19/20 pounds. A bit on the pricey side in my opinion. Sushi was very nice and taste good.
Unfortunately the spicy chicken wings were too salty, but service was really helpful and took it off the bill.

Easily one of the best sushi places we’ve ever been to! Sushi and Salad in Saffron Walden is an absolute gem. The quality, flavour, and creativity in every bite are incredible — it’s a total flavour explosion! We usually mix it up between the combined sets (great value and still amazing) and ordering à la carte to try different things, and it never disappoints. Even the soy sauce tastes different — richer, more refined. You can really tell they care about every detail. Can’t recommend this place enough!
