My wife and I have been eating here for years. The Bento boxes have good portions and are full of flavor! The selection of sushi rolls is great. The sushi is always fresh and bursting with flavor,even the spicy(if that is your choice) has just the right amount, not too spicy hot to cover up the other flavors and the heat goes away quickly. I highly recommend the Kelso and Rocky rolls! The food has been consistently delicious every time we have visited. Service is always spot on and friendly. Enjoy!

I enjoyed my tekka don. It was fresh, generous and the tea stayed warm. The server was very pleasant and every dish I saw come by looked good. The place is big enough for parties but the main room could use some better decor. The area they seat you in is a few old style booths. I’m glad they concentrate on the food more. I’ll be going back for sure.

Been here as a regular although I don’t get out much because I am disabled. But this is my goto Japanese restaurant. I cook Asian meals for my wife and son so I know well this kind of food and I love it. I din’t do sushi but the Nabeyaki Udon is killer. My wife and son love the various bento trays as well. Always leftovers and fairly priced. One of the best restaurants in Longview!

Excellent Miso Soup (Yes, it’s vegetarian!), Vegetable Yakisoba (enough for three meals), Beautiful Serveware, EXCELLENT Sushi…and nice sized menu, including assortment of Bento Boxes. Absolutely LOVE this place. The ONLY thing that could be improved is ambience. The walls and facility are as minimalist as it gets. With very little effort/cost (A few plants, dividers to break spaces..maybe some white lights) this place could easily be cozied to a 5!

Sushi Sakura welcomed our large group of 9 and we were seated quickly. The teriyaki beef was very good. There was no grit, just quality beef. The servings are generous and the staff were attentive. I don’t live in the area, let alone the state but was visiting family in Washington. They took us to dinner here at Sushi Sakura and we were impressed and enjoyed the food. We will definitely visit adding work we are in the area.

Service was fast and attentive. Food was absolutely outstanding. I haven’t had pork katsu donburi in many years (they call it tonkatsudon here), and it is my top favorite teriyaki dish. This one did not disappoint. Had the spider roll also. Only came with 5 semi small pieces, but was nearly lowest price on the sushi menu, so I’m not mad. It was also excellent quality. Will certainly be back.

I have been around the world and back waiting for a good sushi bar again. This is out of this world good. The creative rolls are packed with flavor and rice. The wait times can be long, but worth it.
Coos Bay Roll is an elevated California Roll with more eel sauce.
Sunkissed Roll is a more elevated Spicy Tuna Roll with Salmon on top.
The Gyoza Ramen came hot and ready.
This ramen was fresh, had so much packed flavor and had many side quests of snacks inside to try.

Wow! Very fresh!! Mind blowing service that was quick as a bunny. Food was better than I expected since this was my first time there and I’ve been having subpar experiences eating out in Longview. Warm Sake was a great way to end the meal.

Top rate! Sushi was delicious. I had the Wasabi Roll and Tuna Nigri and it was absolutely wonderful. The Wasabi Roll came on a boat on top of a Wasabi sauce that was just extrodianry! Th3 food was fresh, service was top rate, and great atmosphere! Will come again!

The food was very good with larger portions. We had a couple of sushi rolls and chicken katsu and had tons of leftovers! Service was attentive. The atmosphere was a little lack luster but adequate. Just looked a little dingy and worn. Nice fish tank at the entrance but kind of an odd blank vibe to the decor. It’s a small enough issue and the food/service combo definitely makes me want more!
