Nestled in the corner of a small strip mall, SSR was a pleasant surprise. The service was perfect, the atmosphere welcoming and the food was unexpectedly delicious and executed well. Pikesville is lucky to have this eatery as it could easily be situated in a city center and find a loyal following.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in Baltimore Baltimore has definitely picked up the game since last time I was here sushi Sakura is a great restaurant and a great addition to Baltimore Jewish community I will definitely be back in the future.

Great customer service, wait time was great for 2 meals(chicken hibachi- soo good, chicken tampra- (good. Had a raw chicken maybe depending on what it was). Prices are reasonable .
Healthy meals. Received free sushi, soup, & salad!
She was so nice at the front & gifted us can sodas also.

Excellent sushi experience! We stopped here on our way to the airport. Ran over to the liquor store first (get a Kosher wine for BYOB). We had a few rolls and their delicious broccoli poppers as an app. Great food, I recommend!

I got the lunch special, which is $18. Comes with 2 Rolls of Sushi, fries and a soda. Sushi was good. I’m super shocked at the amount of fries I received (fry lover)……
The restaurant is well kept and clean. Everyone was pleasant. Pick up was non stop so I believe other food items are good.. only disappointment was the soda selection. Only coke products. Otherwise I would have rated 5. Definitely coming back. You should try.

Popped in on a whim for lunch, and it was amazing!
The rolls are insanely good quality, and very tasty. The Volcano Roll was out of this world. Very reasonably priced, too.
The staff was amazing, and very helpful.
The decor will be an extra delight if you’re an anime fan.

We stopped in here while waiting for a repair to be completed at a near by location. We were pleasantly surprised. It was quiet but it was a bit early for lunch. The food was outstanding. We got beautifully plated sushi with vegetable artwork and my tofu (bean curd) and rice was delicious and contained loads of fresh vegetables. This is a great place for non meat and non dairy eaters. The waiter was also very helpful and if you are not overly familiar with Sushi or Japanese food, he will explain to you in good English what all the dishes are.

Was very pleased with the beautiful store decor and unbelievable service from staff! I can honestly say it’s the best experience from any restaurant in Baltimore! Nice booth seating with partitions between for privacy! Great lunch special 2 rolls+fries+soda for $18! Great place to bring a date. Delicious,scrumptious sushi.

My wife and I had been wanting to come here for a while and we were not disappointed.
The food was excellent and despite it being quite full, the wait wasn’t long. The staff were nice and prompt as well. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
