This was by far the WORST experience I’ve had at a Sushi Sake location. I ordered takeout and got a Bobby Salad and the Crispy Tuna Rice. While the Bobby Salad was fine, the tuna on the crispy rice had a noticeably foul smell — definitely NOT FRESH and honestly inedible. This is absolutely disgusting and can cause anyone to get food poisoning or even worse. To make matters worse, when I called to explain the situation and asked if I could at least exchange it for another Bobby Salad (since I was told refunds aren’t possible), I was told the staff would need to speak to the owner of the location… I’m still waiting on a resolution. Therefore, I will be calling my bank for a refund because this was absolutely absurd. Horrible food, horrible service, and horrible location! I’m including a photo below to show the clear difference in quality. I am extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from here EVER again.

Wow! Had such a great time at Sushi Sake! Our server Carlos was amazing, super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience way better. He checked on us just the right amount and had great food recommendations. Everything came out fresh and delicious. Definitely ask for Carlos if you go, he’s the best!

This place is a scam. $50 for a box with literally 6 pieces of sushi and 5 extra small steamed gyozas and a Soda that never arrived. Called to claim, nobody answers the phone. Pictures in UBER are not what they deliver. Horrible.
