This is one of my go-to local spots and I come here all the time because the food is always so good. I’m still giving it five stars for that reason. Today just felt a little different with the service, the host didn’t really greet me when I came in, just kind of stared, and my server didn’t seem super into it either. Not sure if it was just an off day, since service is usually great here, but I do think the staff could use a little more pep to match how amazing the food is. (The picture is a throwback)

She recommended the dragon roll and the Sake Noodles, and both were delicious. She also checked on us at just the right times, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and genuinely enjoys making customers happy.
The service was prompt, and the food arrived quickly and was beautifully presented. The entire experience felt seamless thanks to her effortless efficiency and warm personality. We left feeling completely satisfied and impressed. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to be seated in Brianna’s section again!

Loveeee this place! This is my go to sushi spot in hialeah for years now and will always keep coming back! The staff always welcomes me with kindness and have great service. My server Brianna is amazing always so helpful and attentive! Definitely recommend ordering from their house specials!

This place is a ripoff. Their chicken fried rice should be called micro chicken, since they cut very tiny pieces of chicken and you can’t tell if is a grain of rice or a piece of chicken and then they charge you the price of a full chicken that you will never eat. I want to start a gofundme page to help them buy chicken that way they can give their customers a proper amount not just rice with a tiny hint of chicken.

Tried 2 different sushi’s and I didn’t like it. They took off first sushi off the bill when it came to the 2nd one I told them I didn’t like it I wasn’t trying to not pay. Any ways bill came and manager still charge me for food I didn’t eat. Left sushi with only 1 bite ate. Then gave waitress $30 tip bc she was nice but charging customers for food they didn’t like or eat it’s wrong.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sushi Sake in Hialeah. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—every bite tasted like it was prepared with care. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for both a casual meal or a special night out. My favorites were the salmon sashimi and the signature rolls—they were absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!

the physical restaurant itself is not bad. floating empty tvs, rather empty seating but comfortable seating. had ordered take out. took a rather long 40 ish minutes to receive my order. turns out my order was sitting on the table awaiting to be given to me for what feels like about 10 minutes. rushed out to go and enjoy the food i thought would be good. found most of the stuff i ordered about average in terms of taste. rather small quantity. however found my calamari i had ordered came in a oddly large container. according to my receipt i had ordered 3.5 oz of calamari. thought it was rather small even for a little bite. put it on my scale and found about 2.9oz, cool whatever. took a bite and felt disgusted. it was undercooked and still slimy and cold. rather disappointed that it costed about 15$ for a couple slices of undercooked squid.
