The quality of the salmon stood out immediately—undeniably fresh and expertly prepared. For miso soup enthusiasts, this place is an absolute gem; the depth of flavor and balance is truly commendable.
A few years ago, they offered a delightful green tea mochi, which I still fondly remember—it’s a shame it’s no longer on the menu, and I sincerely hope to see its return in the future. That said, the overall experience—from the food and service to the welcoming atmosphere—was outstanding. Sushi Room continues to set the standard for Japanese cuisine in the city.

After having a lot of mediocre sushi in Tblisi, finally landed at a place serving quality Sashimi. Tried the Salmon which was lovely, the kimchi and miso soup. All were amazing. Will be back to try more next time. Very friendly service also which cannot be taken for granted in Tblisi.

Yesterday we went out to have some good sushi and ended up waiting for our order for about an hour or even longer. The restaurant clearly seems to focus mainly on delivery. The most unpleasant part was that you come to a fairly expensive place to dine, but end up sitting like in McDonald’s, with couriers constantly walking back and forth.
The food quality was also just average. The bill was almost 500 lari. We have no desire to go back there.

Cool place in Tbilisi, the food tastes good but I’m not sure about the chutoro and otoro. When I ate it, it tasted identical, I thought it was a scam but I’m not sure. The service and atmosphere are cool, like Japan sushi bars, but it’s too expensive.

My favorite dish here is ramen with duck meat. I recommend ordering it with extra noodles (that go in a separate bowl and you can add them in the soup when you want), because they are very good and it feels like not enough in the default portion.
