This isn’t my first time visiting Sushi Q—I’m a regular customer at the Elkridge branch, and the food quality here is similar to what I’ve had there. However, I had the worst customer service experience at this branch! The staff was rude and inattentive. Our server barely listened to our requests, and to top it off, they served the appetizers after the entrées. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning to this location. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I really loved this place, they give you a free appetizer and dessert, which I haven’t seen in another restaurant, that gives them 10 more points.
They have a variety of sushi, their prices are good, I simply love them.

Nothing short of amazing all around.The rolls were beautifully prepared and super fast. The servers were extremely polite, fast and very friendly. Everything was also clean and well presented. Definitely my favorite restaurant in the area. I will be back and will recommend to everyone.

We tried the playboy roll, the sunrise roll, and the winters roll. Everything was tasty but I think my favorite of the bunch was the playboy roll. They also gave us a free appetizer and dessert which was really nice!

I am extremely disappointed, after being an in person customer for years, I wanted to treat my family to take out on a snow day. A snow day where roads are clear, with less than 2 inches of snow. I not only spent more money than normal, but took time to go pick up this order for my family. Their Google & Facebook pages say open, with no updates on weather closure or anything. The clover app accepted my order and gave me an estimated time. This is extremely infuriating, and I will not be ordering or dining at this place again. If you own or operate a reputable business, it should be second nature to ensure your customers know when your business is open or closed. I can not express how frustrating and disappointing this is when my family was looking forward to a nice meal. Phone calls not answered, and no voicemail. The app cannot cancel or refund my order until tomorrow. I can not contact anyone about this, and am extremely angered by the lack of responsibility and accountability. This proves to me that they do not care about their customers. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Unfortunately I can not be refunded for my time or gas. I only hope others do not run into this issue, let alone order delivery and their drivers have to deal with this BS. This is terrible business, and any owners/managers should be ashamed.

TLDR; Amazing food, exceptional service, and great atmosphere despite the lack of curb appeal. Will definitely be back as often as we want sushi!!
First and foremost, the service and food were exceptional. The hostess and waitress did a great job tending to us and we’re always nearby when we needed something.
We all got sushi, naturally, and all of it exceeded expectations. While not the best sushi, it was definitely a few steps above average. The chef special rolls are some of the best I’ve had, with a price tag to follow. Well worth it considering the service and cleanliness.
The atmosphere is great ok the inside. They did a great job decorating it and making it look modern. The outside does not do it justice. I was uneasy looking at the storefront but I think they did a good job considering the state of the center.
We plan on returning soon to try more sushi rolls, nigiri, and hibachi. We just went yesterday and I’m already thinking about the next time we’ll be back.

One of our favorite places to eat. The food is always great, and the chefs are wonderful about adapting to dietary constraints. The sushi is always fresh. One of my recent favorite discoveries is the everything lunch seen in the pic. It was exactly what I needed!

This is our favorite local spot for carry out sushi! Dabomb roll is the staple that pretty much our whole family eats, but everything we get here is great. Awesome spot to dine in as well
