I visited for there sushi buffet, while the food was wonderful. For a buffet I wish that I did not have to wait for menu items. For example, you were allowed to stay 1 1/2 hours, I had to wait for items to be refilled and one particular item i only got to eat close to when I had to leave.

Good customer service and there’s a variety of rolls available. No service charge and the sushi rolls are affordable. Some rolls were really good but the others were lacking in flavor. Overall it was a good experience and the drinks were great.

Worst Experience Ever.
I called and made a reservation On Tuesday for Sunday I spoke to a staff member who took my info. I called Sunday morning to follow up on my Reservation and I was told I’m not listed for a reservation. And they are completely booked out for the entire day so I can’t reserve a table. The unprofessionalism was at its peak. What’s the point of informing individuals to make a Reservation if careless things like this continues to happen.

The sushi quality is not the best but its not the worst. I started going here just to grab takeout when the previous restaurant was there and on average I spent about $200 a week on takeout. On my last visit I was turned off by the entire experience. I got a platter which consisted of about 24 pieces and was given 2 small packets of soy sauce. I ask if I could have an extra packet and was told by the oldish lady a flat out no ,she was very rude and had a horrible attitude and the whole experience left a sour taste. I have to say my experience with the other staff has been pretty positive in the past and the others seem very nice but I just don’t think everyone should be in customer service. I don’t think I would be returning its just not worth it. I just order from OMG Sushi in the food drop app now.

If you are looking for a restaurant that raises their prices but drops their quality, you have come to the right place. Service as experienced before was poor again on this occasion. The lady there tried to pull one over me as the advertised rolls that were already increased/changed 5 days ago on social media, she tried to state during their buy one get 1/2 off sale that the price was even more. Needless to say, I left the sushi with them. On a side note, if you are feeling for something unhealthy and greasy, try having their deep fried chicken dumplings. It isn’t as bland as the personality of staff there but will give your stomach a terrible feeling after eating them.

Everytime I go here and order the same rolls they look and tastes differently. I strongly believe they just make whatever in the back no matter what I order. Service is either great or meh. The environment is clean and inviting. Overall would not recommend anyone to go here as it lacks consistency and the food is never what it should be. Their mixed drinks were quite well made but I would not recommend going there just for those.
