We decided to try again today at 11:30 a.m. I’m vegetarian and ordered two Green Garden rolls, which are supposed to include tofu. Our takeout order (which also included a California roll, tonkotsu soup, and edamame) took about an hour to prepare. When we got home, both Green Garden rolls were missing the tofu, and the edamame was not included at all.
My partner went back to have the order corrected, which was handled fairly quickly. However, the edamame we received was unshelled and cold. While I understand edamame can be served hot or cold, this wasn’t indicated on the menu or in the photos. The California roll also didn’t match the menu description, it was supposed to include tempura but instead had red caviar. The tonkotsu soup was the only item that appeared as advertised.
Overall, the menu photos are very misleading. I understand they’ve opened recently and may still be working out some issues, or may have run out of certain ingredients. If that’s the case, communicating substitutions ahead of time would have been much better than making changes without informing the customer. I’m open to trying again in the future and hope to see improvements.
After the last visit it has much improved, much more calm atmosphere and huge step up in customer service.
Their wait time is a fraction of what it was, now getting food at a timely manner, i ordered the tuna roll and tonkotsu soup this time, the cheft recommend the spicy tuna as id get more to my value, i appreciate it, but kindly declined as i like my tuna to do the lifting.
Again food i have absolutely no complaints, very fresh and flavorful.
Good job keep it up and you’ll be seeing me again very soon.

Osaka is a mix bag…
First the positives, the food is extremely fresh, the tuna was some of the best i’ve had as well other sides i have with it.
Myself and my wife ordered the grilled eel pokebowl, the miso soup, the imperial rolls, the hosomaki tuna roll, and the spring rolls.
Without a doubt, hands down everything was delicious absolutely no comments on the food.
That said… the customer service was not at a good standard.
First sitting we were greeted by the larger gentleman that just the body language alone you could tell he was more on the layed back side, which is fine to be cool and collected, but not enough to not check on your table ever, had to sign him over to just be able to order more, worse part after ordering more he never took our empty plates from before, it’s a small table we need space to eat, the younger one with the red jacket took our plates.
If i was a normal paying customer i would of left and never comeback.
That said the younger one with the red on his jacket very polite and hospitable and was very open to receiving criticism when i gave him tips on possibly surviving in the industry.
It took a few tries to get as they were closed everytime we went, apparently they run out of food to make and close up early which is understandable, but accommodate with how much your popularity will be for the next day, you gotta think your new so everyone will be coming especially in a small town.
Wait times are long, and i mean long, even one customers who ordered for take out came in, they had lost the order and had to order again instore for the order he already waited for.
Honestly i would go again, but they really need to get together and be on the ball if they want to survive this location that has a reputation of killing businesses.
The menu? Zero weak options. Classic rolls go hard, specialty rolls go even harder, and the presentation is so clean it deserves its own photo shoot . You take one bite and immediately understand why people won’t shut up about this place.
Service is fast, chill, and respectful, like they know you’re here for serious food business. The vibe is calm but not boring — perfect for eating in peace or pulling up with friends and absolutely demolishing plates .
I ordered just cucumber rolls at 11:45am and I waited around until 12:28 by the time I asked where my order is and then bam, 2 seconds later I got them as if they were sitting there for the 45 minutes I had been waiting.
The menu was only in French, no English so I don’t think ill be back.
Everyone else was also asking where their orders were and people sitting ordering food didnt have any food on their tables either.
I only came to get bubble tea and they said they dont have it until March but its on the menu…
