Hidden gem in a parking basement – feels like stepping into a ship’s cabin. Two sushi chefs work with quiet precision right in front of you. Every detail is elegant – from the ceramic plates to the curated sake and wine list. The omakase menu is tight, focused, and absolutely world-class. Around 20 pieces, including top-tier selections like toro, caviar, uni – each bite dialed in with finesse. Easily one of the best quality-to-price ratios in all of LA. A true masterclass in restraint, craft, and flavor.

Booked a reservation here at the sushi bar to celebrate a special occasion. We were very impressed with the upscale but not too stuffy vibe. The restaurant is small (less than 20 seats) so it had an intimate vibe that made things feel cozy in a good way. The entire staff was friendly and informative. We loved the presentation & delivery for every dish. Reasonably priced for the overall experience. Would love to come back again soon!

my wife and I celebrated our anniversary there tonight, reservation was at 6 pm. This is the tiniest Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been to in Los Angeles. But it’s claimed as a high end restaurant. I was disappointed for the quality of the food isn’t worth the price. For the most important condiments in a high end Japanese restaurant, Wasabi served not from the wasabi roots… etc. we spent $560 for 2 for the 20 dishes Omakase and a glass of Sake, Hiroshima.

This was a nice!
1st the not so good things. Sadly, no cocktails. Bathrooms are outside the tiny restaurant. A couple dishes personally were rough to take down such as the wagu which was too chewy that I couldn’t swallow it and the uni from Japan. Uni from Mediterranean waters is much sweeter.
The rest of the dishes were quite lovely! Simple yet elegant on the plates. Great way to try other fish than the usual. Quaint cute place which seats 14. Servers was attentive.
Not my 1st time doing a omakase tasting. Happy to have had this experience as well.

Intimate 14 seat restaurant w 4 seats at the bar. Sitting at the bar is a treat watching Chef Earl Aguilar as well as his Sous Chef (game over tattoo) prepare elegant gorgeous pieces, after all, you eat with your eyes. Extensive wine list. Easily accommodates dietary restrictions.

I never write reviews, but this was literally an incredible experience – the sushi chefs and the sommelier were amazing, super knowledgeable and passionate about their omakase and beverage offerings. It was really the best sushi I’ve had in LA (and I’ve been to a bunch of the other omakase spots). The tuna, shrimp and caviar, and wagyu pieces were the highlights, but everything was seriously incredible. Reasonable price point compared to the crazy expensive places these days. It was my husband’s birthday and they surprised us with this amazing yuzu drink and dessert at the end. It has a speakeasy feel as you enter into a small restaurant through the parking garage. I can’t wait to return!

Outstanding omakase in Beverly Hills with a delightful wine pairing. Delicious fish and balanced rice combined with creative wine pairings made this a fantastic dinner. The sweet shrimp and caviar with champagne was a bite to remember. Topped off with very friendly staff – what is not to love!

Such an amazing experience. The vibe was much more reminiscent of getting omakase in Japan than any other place I’ve been to in the US. Mostly because it was so intimate and the staff are so attentive (and it’s in a random parking garage which sounds weird but is great).

All 20 courses were outstanding. Sat at the four seat bar. Menu highlights include Caviar & crab, waygu, and several pieces featuring dry aged fish. Service was impeccable.
