Last time I am ever buying Sushi from here. Horrible customer service and even worse food. Terrible shame.
What happened? Ordered what I usually do, Oshi and some Takoyaki with a few other rolls.
Takoyaki was wet and undercooked. Oshi tasted burnt, no nice sear. Called to let them know and they said there is nothing they can or will do. The kicker? They argued with me about how fish is cooked without even asking to see what mine looked like. Disrespectful to your customer.
Please show some respect next time when someone chooses to dine with your food. Manners would go a long way.

This has been our go-to place for sushi for years. The food is excellent and the servers are the best. One of them just asks us if we want the usual (always yes).
I’ve brought family and friends here many times before, so I know their other dishes are good as well. It’s become an expectation from my mom that we go here at least once when she comes to visit, and I’m always happy to oblige.

I got chicken yakisoba from DoorDash. It came in a puddle of oil and the chicken was bad which resulted in me throwing up less than an hour later. I hadn’t eaten anything else so there’s nothing else it could have been. I called the store to let them know that their meat is bad just to be told the meat is fresh. No apology no nothing. The “manager” asked what I would like her to do and just laughed. Horrible food and horrible customer service. We used to be repeat customers but we will never eat here again.
