Their specialty rolls were enjoyable, balanced, and not overloaded with sauce, which I appreciated. Portions were reasonable for the price, and everything came out looking presentable. My friend wanted to try this location. I did not. It was ok about what i expected. But i did get a bad piece of shrimp. Which im honestly not upset about. It looked fine but once i put it in my mouth…ugh! Also just because you serve huge pieces of sashimi doesnt make it excellent quality. It is decent here but im looking for a 10 spot not a 6 spot. The sushi rice was not prepared well and our rolls fell apart. Besides the fish quality its about the rice. If a sushi master had taken one look at it let alone tasted it you would all be washing dishes n peeling potatoes for a year. My friend doesnt get out much.

Absolutely incredible experience at Sushi Mura River District! The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. My husband had the Chicken Katsu and loved it—crispy, tender, and cooked to perfection. I ordered sashimi, and it was not only delicious but also stunning in presentation.
What really stood out was the Miso soup—it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. Rich, comforting, and full of flavor.

Sushi Mura Japanese Restaurant is hands down one of my favorite places for late-night cravings! The staff are incredibly nice and attentive, always greeting you with a warm smile. I love that they are open later than other sushi spots, which is a lifesaver when I’m in the mood for Japanese food at night!

Once you’ve eaten here, you won’t be able to eat sushi anywhere else. The service is outstanding from the moment you walk through the door. It is always clean and the food is so excellently prepared. Sol (our favourite server, but they’re all fantastic) is always helpful, kind and professional. Highly recommend!!

The food was delicious and the serving sizes were generous. The staff were patient and attentive which made our experience enjoyable. The tempura in particular stood out as the batter was light and crispy, unfortunately I was not able to take a photo before it disappeared. Overall it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend to others.
