Great customer service (Bobby from Nepal) She’s a very friendly and attentive. Also the male waiter who took our order(I forgot his name) did a great customer relationship. We ordered the family meal A for 2-3 people but surprisingly the food arrived in unexpected servings (huge) portions that even 5 people can share. We ended up taking half of our meal home. We are from Kamloops but we will surely be back. My husband used to dine here before he moved to Kamloops.

Sashimi and Roll combo review: heavy on the rice for the rolls, smaller than average cuts of sashimi, although some variety, and “$1.80 miso soup lunch special” feels like gouging. Dynamite roll was a disappointment, so overall $26 for this combo seems pricy for what you’re getting. A chain restaurant that splurges on interior environment that tries to elevate the dining experience, but appears to now be suffering from quality issues as well as a cleanliness problem – they don’t seem to clean the floors before seating new customers. Dismal service, couldn’t even get one refill on my green tea and finished the meal, and the tip % amount is after tax.

September 5, 2024 we had takeout so no comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant. But once we got the food home we enjoyed some great sushi . The spicy deep fried California roll was amazing. Overall the sushi was tasty and presented well. The Dynamite Roll was delicious. We hope to visit the restaurant at another time.

I recently visited Sushi Mori in Langley and had an average experience. The sushi didn’t feel authentic and had a slightly off taste that didn’t match the freshness I was expecting. The rolls were larger than usual, which threw off the balance of flavors and made them harder to enjoy. The staff was generally fine but didn’t offer much help or guidance while we were ordering, which could have made the experience smoother. Additionally, the restaurant could use a more thorough cleaning. I probably won’t return, as there are definitely better places around with tastier food at the same price point or even cheaper.
