cannot recommend this place enough! The food was absolutely delicious! You have to try the shrimp tempura! The staff was super friendly and welcoming! I got a bento box and added spicy tuna roll, and my goodness… It was so so good!

This place is fairly new so everything was extremely clean and the service was great. Pricing was a bit on the higher end but the sushi was very fresh and flavorful. Like Sushi Den BUT SO MUCH BETTER. We have been all over Colorado, and even Korea, and this just became our top sushi restaurant. None of the fish was “fishy”, like it tasted like fish but without the longering fishy aftertaste. We got to try some unique fish and great signature fish like salmon and tuna. The salmon was so good and tasted fatty even though it wasn’t a fatty cut. The flavors of the individual fish really came through. The pieces were thick and perfectly chilled–I cant stand warm sushi so this was a big deal to me. Liyan took amazing care of us and it was so cool to get to meet the owner! Young was fantastic and chose an amazing set for the sushi boat. We also ordered a roll and I’m so glad we did because the rice was among the best for sushi rice that we’ve found.

Phenomenal. I’ve ventured around the Colorado Springs area to find the best sushi spot. From all price points, locations, and hours. I believe i have found my spot here at Sushi Mori. I tried their Omakase. Starting price $60. Such a wonderful experience. Fresh, freshest fish I’ve ever tasted. Delivered with care and love from the chef.
I highly recommend this place if you haven’t stopped by. It is a wonderful experience.

Incredible, brand new sushi spot in the Springs. We drove past and noticed this place and decided to give it a try. We couldn’t be more impressed! Super friendly staff (who gave us a few miso soup), delicious sushi rolls and a plethora of other options. HIGHLY recommend!
