Fantastic atmosphere and service. My spouse had multiple different sushi rolls and the Yakisoba with chicken for myself. The food was absolutely amazing, the best Yakisoba I’ve ever had from a restaurant. 10/10 recommend

Amazing service. I had about 1 billion questions because I know nothing about sushi. Our server smiled and was genuinely patient. So many times, when somebody’s asking questions like I was, the servers have to pretend to be patient. But this guy–he wasn’t pretending. He was awesome. And the food was very good as well. Everything was clean and pleasant and welcoming. Dinner can get a little bit expensive, but it’s not bad if you all share what you order.

This is certainly a spot worth trying. I’m very particular about my sushi, both traditional and American influenced. SushiMo has quality fish and ingredients. The staff are very respectful and kind.
Ground level, so great for limited mobility access.
Easy to spot, but parking is limited in the area.
Definitely dining here again. Without question.
I did spend $100 on just myself because I wanted to try so many items. A typical person can look to spend $20-30 if they’re very hungry.

Excellent service and sushi. This is one of my favorite spots to grab sushi in the PDX/Vancouver area. The sushi is consistency delicious and the texture and flavors are always perfectly matched.

Probably the best sushi in Vancouver. I have found none better and even surpasses the sushi place on the waterfront for quality/value. The chef’s themselves are on full display and skilled. You can tell they bring their A game to the counter. From a presentation standpoint, the dishes can look like works of art! But believe me, it’s not style before substance. Everything tastes as good as it looks. Fresh! You can see it and taste it. The place is well appointed with plenty of seating. We always have help when needed and it’s pretty much our date night out location for sushi.

I got 4 rolls and the rainbow roll was the besttt!! Thanks to the cashier for the recommendation. The other three were good but kind of bland in flavor. One of them (crab tempura) was VERY sauced with some weird brown sauce that didnt really add or compliment the roll (definitely was not eel sauce), this one was my least favorite. Spent $60 to feed two people and had left overs so id say price was pretty good. Service was great and parking was easy but i did come on a Thursday at 8pm. Food was done quick! Would i come back to try new rolls? Yes! Do i think its the best sushi in town? No. But still worth my money. Pretty restaurant inside from the quick second i peeked inside for order pickup .

Sushi Mo is hands down the BEST sushi restaurant in the Portland Vancouver Metro. The food is incredible and extremely high quality, the service is friendly, the atmosphere is upscale but approachable and the plating and presentation is always beautiful. I had the bluefin toro the other day and it was nothing short of extraordinary. Buttery, melt in your mouth and not chewy at all. I also highly recommend the firecracker roll. I love Sushi Mo so much it was my first meal in the hospital after I had my oldest child. I hope sushi Mo is around forever, I’ll keep coming back as long as it is.

Absolutely amazing sushi, we will be coming back and bringing our friends.
My second favorite part of the night was when their pianist came out and played for us, she’s super talented!
Overall, excellent experience that stands out in a sea of great food downtown.

Best sushi in Vancouver! Came in for lunch on Saturday with my wife, when it wasn’t very busy. Had otoro nigiri, chutoro nigiri, seared king salmon nigiri, a caterpillar roll, and a rainbow roll. All very fresh tasting and high quality. Just the right amount of rice. Bite-size pieces. Wife had the chutoro, but the otoro and the king salmon basically melted in the mouth. Great selection of sakes available. (Had a carafe of one kind and my wife had a glass of another.) Beautiful plating and presentation. Pretty expensive for me, but it was really good food and a really nice experience. Came out to $105 for the two of us, though we did go for some of the more expensive nigiri. I think I might even try the uni next time (that’ll be my first time trying uni).
