After relocating to the High Desert, we’ve been on a steady search for an all-you-can-eat sushi spot that could spare us the regular drive down the hill for quality sushi. Today, we decided to revisit Sushi Miguel Style—a place we had tried before but hadn’t initially ranked as a top choice.
This visit completely changed our perspective. Without question, this is the best AYCE sushi experience in the High Desert. The rolls were well-executed, the fish was fresh, and the appetizers stood out as genuinely flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, and the music selection strikes a welcoming balance—upbeat yet family-friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere for all ages.
While I would personally prefer slightly less rice in the sushi, that minor critique is easily outweighed by the overall quality and the exceptional customer service provided by the staff.
It’s worth noting that the AYCE option is limited to the selections listed on the paper menu and does not include the full main menu. Even so, the offerings are strong enough to satisfy. I would confidently recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area, and we’ll absolutely be returning.

Honestly, it is very delicious.We were unsure on trying it out, because of the plane used being new and not many pictures to review don’t have many pictures of the menu.We came got the combination and some other specialty sushis, and they are beyond of what we expected. Honestly, one of the best places that we have been so far for sushi.They also offer the all you can eat sushi and I will put it in the pictures as well, excellent service, great environment, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Amazing food. Best sushi place in the high desert. This is fusion Mexican and Japanese sushi so they offer your known favorites as well as unique types. It’s brand new place so be patient with the nice serving staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

81.78 for all you can eat sushi for 2 people plus tip is pretty awesome. I love miso soup, California roll, rainbow roll and the Sushi octopus has a hint of lemon and the flavors are original, fresh and it’s legit. Sushi crab was to die for. My son had calamari tempura, spicy tuna. Recommend your first round to be half servings and second round to be your favorite full servings. I had green tea and our ginger was fresh as can be. This is my favorite place for my birthday. Esthetically this place is beautiful, and the music was definitely on point. 5 STARS FOR SURE.

Awesome little sushi place in Victorville. Just had the “Miguel’s lunch special” , the price was great at $18.44 everything was very fresh and was served with Miso soup and a nice salad. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to love this place but the sushi was definitely not fresh. I’m not sure if they are just new and just trying to get everything together but salmon was smelling very bad. Tuna has a strong dye to it
