We had such a great experience at Sushi Masa! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The specialty rolls were creative and perfectly balanced, and the shrimp tempura was perfectly crispy.
Our waiter, Cris, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. He really elevated the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time at a sushi restaurant and I honestly had such a great experience! We got the all you can eat lunch (ayce) recently found out what that meant. The sushi was soo good, my husband and I enjoyed the double crunchy roll and the shaggy dog! I tried the salmon roll for the first time ever and I actually enjoyed it. His favorite was the teriyaki chicken though in his own words “best teriyaki chicken he’s had” and that’s says alot! Our waiter was super nice, had a couple laughs. Atmosphere is great, we cannot wait to go back!

Sushi Masa is a solid all-you-can-eat sushi spot! The fish is fresh, the portions are generous, and there’s a great variety of rolls. Service is quick and efficient. The beef dishes were especially flavorful tender, and the fried ice cream was exceptional—crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and the perfect sweet finish. For the price, the quality and selection really stand out. A must-visit for sushi lovers. I’ll surely be back.

Loved the All You Can Eat sushi experience! The place does get super crowded, and there maybe a bit of a wait time but our server was very sweet and gave us good recommendations! She was also very patient considering it took us a minute to figure what our group of 5 wanted and we did place multiple orders throughout the course and we ordered a lot!
The gyoza, spicy shrimp skewers, yellowtail jalapeño, pepper tuna, tuna tartar, shaggy dog, LSU rolls, and crawfish rolls were probably some of my favorites.
The miso soup and chicken katsu were decent.
The complimentary drink with the AYCE was a nice touch- frozen margs were $1 and if you add flavor there was another $1 up charge. TBH $2 for a frozen marg is an excellent deal (although I did notice after I paid and got home that they charged me an additional buck for one of the margs…most likely by accident).
Some of the sushi rolls were just meh, while others were decent to good…overall we had a good experience, staff were pleasant and cheerful, and we left there stuffed!

100 out of 10 this place blew my expectations out of the water. I was smart enough to beat the rush somehow I went right after the lunch hours but right before dinner! Their alcohol prices are great, the service was exceptional and attentive, and the sushi was amazinggggg. Presentation was phenomenal, quality of the sushi overall was some of the best in the area! Lucky for me they had fried cheesecake so I made sure to get some and it was wonderful! Also I loveeee their cute little custom Sushi Masa bowls for the ice cream top tier details. I’ll be back here every week now it seems like and I suggest y’all do the same! Thank you to the Sushi Masa Staff team for making my experience one to remember for a long time

We were in Sugar Land and it was getting close to dinner. We had a choice, go someplace we had been to before or try someplace new to us. We chose “New to us”.
The service was excellent. Our server was very energetic and knowledgeable about the menu items.
The majority of the items on the AYCE menu are shrimp based. Lots of cream cheese items as well.
My photos are of the items we ordered. Spider, Spicy Salmon, Spicy Tuna, Rainbow Roll, Caterpillar Roll, LSU Roll and There was a lot of rice. The rice to fish ratio was pretty high. The “free” beverage as part of the meal was nice. I had a beer. My friend had a root beer.
Normally my reviews are very detailed and sometimes to wordy. Not this time.
When we got there, it was not very busy. It was about 5pm on Sunday. You have 2 hours from the time you are seated. We left after maybe an hour. The place was packed with full tables all around.
The tables are very, very close to each other for maximum use of space. The vinyl plank floor was very slippery.
After all the raving I have heard about this restaurant, I was very disappointed. We won’t be back. I’ll go back to my regular sushi haunts and be thankful for high quality, less rice, less fillers and a very wide variety.

A Delightful All-You-Can-Eat Experience! We had an absolutely fantastic lunch at Sushi Masa in Sugar Land and couldn’t be more impressed! We opted for the $20 all-you-can-eat lunch special, which was an amazing value and the perfect way to explore their extensive menu of Japanese dishes. It was a culinary adventure, allowing us to try a wide variety of items without breaking the bank.Everything we tasted was fresh and packed with flavor, but a special mention has to go to the Miso soup. It had a truly authentic, rich flavor that warmed us up and set the stage perfectly for the meal to come. What truly elevated our experience from great to exceptional was the incredible service we received from our server, Andrea. She took such wonderful care of us, showing immense patience as we navigated the menu. She made some truly great vegetarian recommendations that were both creative and delicious. Andrea was incredibly attentive, checking in on us often to clear plates and promptly bring out the next delicious course. We never felt rushed and her warm demeanor made us feel so welcome. The flavors across all the dishes were fantastic and delicious. We were thoroughly delighted by the combination of high-quality food and stellar service. We can’t wait to go back and bring our full family to share in this wonderful dining experience!

This is my favorite go-to all you can eat sushi place! They have 2 full pages of their menu dedicated to the all you can eat. They offer things like tempura, gyoza, salads, rolls, fried rice, and even have desserts on their all you can eat like ice cream, fried cheesecake, fried Oreos, and more! Me and my boyfriend recently went and our server Alondra was fantastic. She was very kind and paced the items very well for our meal. Thank you so much for the great experience, always recommend!!!
