This is not a restaurant.
It is a store, with premade boxes of sushi to pick up and go. It’s pretty close to the beach, so maybe taking a box to eat on the beach is a reasonable idea. But there are no tables here at which to sit down.
The sushi was ok for premade. There were only about 5 or 7 different kinds of rolls to choose from.

Lovely, little takeout gem with fresh sushi made the morning of. They don’t play that day old game. I recommend getting there early to grab the most popular rolls. They also have some very cool, authentic Asian trinkets and the lady I met was super fun to talk to.

Great area for parking, but if you miss it there are metered parking spots on the block to follow. It is clean and small. There are sanitizers noted before you touch anything.
I like how there’s a lot of color, trinkets and other local Sale items.
The items are labeled well and tidily organized. The flow of the store goes one way so you’re in and out fast.
I’ve also made a large order and was helped personally through the process. The sushi is made at a nearby restaurant in Capitola and brought over or you can go to location and pick it up yourself.

Sushi and sashimi are premade in fridge for pickup. Good rice and fresh fish. A small garden in the front yard is very cute, a good photo spot.
