Hadn’t been here in over a year and it did not disappoint! Had been craving the Poblano Soup all this time, and it was served piping hot, with it’s cheese and chips complimenting it. DELICIOUS! The Salmon with spicy green beans was cooked perfectly (as usual), crisp outside, tender inside, and they went all in with a heaping serving of fresh green beans and red peppers in a delicious sauce. Brown rice was my choice and was cooked perfectly as well. Great, attentive service as well! Happy to have returned

the plate I got is over price for the quality of the meats. They need to train their cooks better and start serving better quality in each plate. A few months ago, I got a cilantro salmon plate that had a cooked fly in the meal. I guess the cook doesn’t clean the flat grill after each meal he or she cooks. so wrong

Simply WOW! I had my doubts because most sushi places only offer a variety of sushi, but this place is off the hook! Original choices like the poblano soup and fried crispy green beans are addicting, not to mention their delicious spring rolls and teppanyaki choices are excellent. Definitely worth trying, you will not be disappointed.

It’s a little bit underwhelming tbh. I got the crispy salmon bowl. That was 65% rice, 10% edamame, 10% salmon, 10% avocado and 5% cucumber.

I definitely wish I spent my $50 elsewhere. I regret purchasing from here and should’ve sticked to my usual Posh Sushi but came to Sushi Madre because it was closer. The quality has definitely decreased (my mother buys plates from here often but I’m not a fan) and the serving sizes for take out are poor compared to dining in. If you spent $15 for a roll of 8 pieces then you expect each piece to have the ingredients listed. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case because I had two rolls with JUST RICE. I even showed the people working there and they brushed it off like it was nothing (that it has two tempura shrimps which are mostly breaded). I would’ve preferred higher quality sushi. To make it worse they added cream cheese to my roll after I strongly emphasized no cream cheese. Now I have to drive back because I just prefer a refund.

Very impressed with the waiter. My husband and I asked him that we would be sharing our meal so he brought us our soup in two separate bowls but gave us two separate garnishings! He brought our main dish in two separate bowls and only charged us for one soup and one main dish! Food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely return to eat the exact same thing! The only reason I gave 4 stars out of five is that when we first arrived, it smelled as if they had mopped the floor with dirty water. We stayed anyway and I’m actually glad we did! The good definitely outweighed the smell, which our noses became noseblind after about 5 minutes!

Ordered what it says in the front as soon as you walk in says special as you can see from my photo they brought me the wrong roll and when we paid there was no special it was regular price told the manager and was told I was wrong. Very unprofessional.
