Free (and ample) parking in the back, entrance is on MLK Jr. Chatted with the owner and he was super nice! Food was reallu good! My favorite roll was either the glazed and confused or the Wassup Jalapeño. I wish they had a little bit more cream cheese in rolls like the fresh prince and jalepeno but it was still tasty! Also cucumber salad is vinegar based and not Sunomono/Japanese cucumber salad like I thought.. but it was still pretty good! Will definitely be visiting again!

Easily the best sushi I’ve had since moving to Portland. The guy working the window and making the sushi was super nice and the food came out fast and in great form. Would certainly recommend if you’re in the area.

I’ve been here a couple times, at their old location and now they are so close to me! Love the Starry Inari and edamame! My hubby has gotten the mother of dragons roll and reported it’s delicious! Love that there is an all vegan sushi truck around! I just wish they had seaweed alternatives. Seaweed tastes like fish to me so I won’t be eating a roll until they get some soy or rice paper options.

I’m not vegan nor vegetarian and I love typical sushi, so I had to try this and I’m so glad I did. It was absolutely delicious, very unique pairings, rolled to perfection. Ordered four different rolls because I wanted to taste each of them and I’m not sad about having leftovers. Even if sushi without fish sounds odd, I encourage you to give it a try, you will be pleasantly surprised and very full!

Creative, delicious, unassuming, and beautifully crafted! A cute food truck with tasty and delicious vegan rolls, oh and their starry inari was truly wonderful. Absolutely worth a visit!

Despite the photos, this place isn’t a food truck and you must order online in advance with one of the big food delivery platforms (no walk-in orders). There is zero seating, the entire business is pick-up only. The person working there was very nice!
Unfortunately the quantity of the food is very minimal and the flavors were just okay. They gave us 3 boxes for 3 rolls for $38 but everything could’ve been squeezed into 1 box; you’ll need to spend at least $50 to get a good full meal.

Love this spot. The food is so fresh and the flavors are spot on, it’s definitely the best plant-based roll option I’ve had. Pretty sure I’ve had dreams about the wassup jalapeño. So glad this spot is back up and running.
