For the location it’s a great spot. Service with a smile and tastes great. My only small issue was the rice was harder than normal sushi rice. Sashimi plate was BIG cuts so that’s great and tastes fresh. We’ll be coming back

Genuinely best sushi place i’ve ever been to, no other place has ever topped it. Food is amazing and the service is even better, been going here for more than 10 years and have never had a bad experience! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new sushi restaurant to try out! I love when my favorite waitress always asks about me and my family it’s such a welcoming, kind atmosphere! 10/10 all around

The absolute best sushi in South King County. You won’t find any better! The sushi is always fresh and they have a HUGE variety of specialty rolls to keep even the pickiest eater happy. My favorite rolls are the Big Crunch, Mariners, Ruby, and Bestfriend.
My husband didn’t even like sushi that much before we came here, and now he LOVES sushi. He’s become more adventurous with the rolls he tries, too! Our absolute favorite thing about Sushi Konami is the 3 rolls for $35 deal. We get stuffed to the gills for a very reasonable price. And our kids love eating here too! The atmosphere is very intimate, with a small sushi bar and less than 10 tables. So make sure you put your name in early if you don’t want to be stuck waiting during a busy time. The staff is always very friendly and the service is always excellent. I don’t say this is the best sushi place around lightly. Nobody can compare to the freshness, flavor and staff.

The sushi here was delicious and fresh, and the chicken kara-age was the best I’ve ever had anywhere. I’m glad we came here on a whim. I also appreciate the lengthy happy hour (11AM -5PM)! We would definitely make the trip out here to come back again.

We’ve patronized this place several times with us ultimately deciding it’s hit or miss and you just have to hope you get the “good” chef.
We ordered takeout a bit back when we had guests and the food was amazing. Flavors accurate to description, shrimp tempura fresh and big, Ingredients generous. It was so good we decided to order 4 of our favorites tonight. Gold Cali was solid and FutoMaki okay. The Lion King would of been good if they hadn’t used stale “shrimp” tempura (very small/barely there shrimp) and the FBI was a flop, tasted very different, barely had krab on top and most of the tempura lacked any shrimp with the stale, overcooked taste for what was there.
In the past we’ve had bad luck with lunch bentos to the point we just don’t order during lunch. After tonight I’m think maybe just stick to weekends. If they’re on their game, they’re definitely one of the better options and can be very delicious but if they’re not it’s an expensive disappointment.

Girlfriend and I stopped in today to try this place out. NOT disappointed! It reminded us of our other favorite little restaurant, and the sushi was wonderful! Beautiful rolls, delicious and probably the best quality rice I’ve had in a while, and lovely, cozy atmosphere. Coupled with their prices and Happy Hour lunch deals, would highly recommend this stop!

Been going here for years and this sushi spot is consistently good. Their sashimi is always top-notch and I’ve never had a bad meal after eating here dozens of times. The pictures are of a chirashi bowl and the salmon run roll.
