The sushi are some of the best I tried around Chicago.
This is not a restaurant where you can dine-in; at least I have never, always just ordered for pickup (so I might be wrong). The staff is very friendly. Overall highly recommend!

The order was placed in advance, confirmed and accepted. Despite this, it was canceled at the very last moment, citing “technical reasons”.
Later it turned out that the real problem was the lack of normal organization and planning.
Canceling orders made in advance when the customer is already counting on you is unprofessional and irresponsible. This behavior completely undermines trust and shows complete disrespect for customers.
The holiday plans were ruined, there were no alternatives left, and instead of solving the problem – only formal apologies.
It’s not a matter of technology.
This is poor management, weak service and zero customer orientation.
I don’t recommend it. If you value your time and want to be sure of your order, look for another place.

After that situation, the guys got in touch with us, apologized and fully fulfilled their promise – they prepared the same set for us for free.
Today the order was picked up – everything was very tasty, fresh and beautifully decorated. Separately, I want to note the polite and attentive attitude – it was nice that we remembered the situation and clarified everything on the spot.
