This was a FABULOUS dinner – I could not have asked for more!! The atmosphere was calm but still lively on this Saturday night. There was jazz playing lightly in the background intermingled with the content chatter of the patrons. I sat outdoors with patio lanterns and kept pleasantly comfortable with warnth coming from overhead heating. My dinner was fantastic, plenty of vegetarian options and I was not feeling rushed but had only a short wait for my order. You know it is great offerings when there is a constant flow of take out orders.The service here was EXCELLENT – ABOVE AND BEYOND!

this is my favorite sushi place and i have lived in the bay area my whole life. they have the BEST ginger dressing in the world. i even use it to dip my sushi in. the chef johneth is very nice and knowledgeable, he even walked me through how he hand makes the dressing so i can do it at home! love the atmosphere, indoor, outdoor and bar seating. small, cute, clean, comfortable and overall nice.
