Extremely disappointed.
Went for lunch, my husband had the lunch combo special tempura shrimp & vegetables. Although tasty there was only one shrimp.
I had the salmon sashimi which consisted of very small & skinny pieces definitely not worth $15.
I also observed for the 1st time in a Japanese restaurant that the men on the sushi counter were not Asian perhaps the reason the salmon was cut incorrectly.
Update: Another automated response, however I did contact the restaurant as they requested & was given the phone number of the CEO who of course knew nothing about my review nor the running of the restaurant. Pretty much could not care attitude!

Showed up in their last hour before close and the staff was accomodating. Terrific sushi options with good ambience. Will be back soon.

This place has been around for over 25 years and it’s still kickin! Very good pricing and the food quality is still up there. The staff is amazingly nice and the menu is huge. Obviously they have all the sushi. But they also have Ramen, udon, katsu, and so much more.

After 24 years of Sushi Ko being our solid go to sushi restaurant, we finally have to say good-bye to future visits and here’s why: On Friday January 16, three of us had dinner there. we ordered 2 ginger salads and edamame. Those came out perfectly. We then ordered our sushi selection: Maguro Tataki, Philly Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll and Shrimp Tempura rolls. We received the spicy tuna, shrimp tempura roll and a soft shell crab roll. We informed our waitress of the mistake. Then she proceeded to walk back and forth without acknowledging us or making eye contact for the next 10-15 minutes. Finally, we asked for the check and as she was walking away, she rolled her eyes. They did comp the items we did not receive including the soft shell crab roll. Thank you for doing the right thing. After sitting there last night watching and hearing all the apologies, people getting up looking for a waiter/waitress to pay, hearing that the orders were mixed up … it broke our hearts that a once strong and stable restaurant, is no longer reliable. Everything has changed: Everything in there is branded to a local realtor, including the chopsticks. Take the marketing money and invest it in paper print outs of the sushi menu. Clearly, the laminated dry eraser marker menu is NOT the way to go. So long. Far well and much luck.

The service was awesome! The squid salad was the best one I’ve ever had! I also thought the miso soup was very flavorful and very large! The Vegas rule was the best biggest role I’ve ever had. It was absolutely delicious. I will be coming back anytime I’m over here.

After talking with my husband, I’ve changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. He is the big fan of sushi (I don’t love fish in general) and started going to Sushi Ko when they opened. He loves this place!

Mouth watering! Came here last weekend and came back again this weekend. Everything we tried both times were amazing! The service and food was more than consistent. Very welcoming and friendly restaurant while maintaining an upscale atmosphere. I was able to custom order the seared tuna and it was incredible. The lobster dragon roll was bursting in flavor absolutely my favorite roll.

The service was amazing. We reserved the beautiful, private back room for a family Christmas party. Our waitress and super sweet and fun, we had so much fun with her. They had many Food choices and everything we ordered was superb!

An Intimate setting and a welcoming hostess.
Very well prepared tempura which is very crisp on the outside while keeping the insides moist.
The sushi has a very good proportion of fish to rice ratio. Delicate to the point that it melts in your mouth.
The placement of items on the dishes/table were thoughtful and elegant.

Food was okay! Enjoyed my sushi but the calamari was pretty flavorless, as was the sauce it came with. There was only one server who really tried his best to accommodate everyone, but the wait time was long. I don’t blame him in any way because he was responsible for bagging door dash orders, the bar, serving all customers, and seating them. I am annoyed that an owner/manager was present and wasn’t really helping him out in any way. Poor kid was extremely overworked and staffing was not balanced. Two guys who made the sushi were standing around chatting, which means there was probably no sushi to be made, but it felt weird seeing staff so chill while their own waiter was fighting for his life to complete all his work.
