Everything was absolutely amazing. The sushi was incredibly delicious especially the fried rolls, perfectly crispy on the outside and full of flavor inside. The cheesecake was homemade and you could really taste the difference fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced. The place itself was beautiful and very clean, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Honestly, everyone and everything was excellent. We will definitely be back

This place is a hidden gem. The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL and the service is above and beyond. We ordered the Monstrou Roll and the Tuna and Mango roll and they were soooo good! Not to mention that the menu is incredibly well crafted and full of many options for everyone. We’re definitely coming back and bringing friends!!! thank you so much to Delma and José for making our dinning experience so great!

The place has a broad variety of food for families with picky eaters. There is sushi, seafood, burgers, quesadillas, you name it!The service is amazing and the sushi enormous. Note worth mentioning: this is not traditional Japanese sushi.

This restaurant offers a nice, calming atmosphere and tasteful music. Definitely recommend it.

Excited they opened a location in midtown! We went on their grand opening and they had some nice music and lots of people there. We got the sushi tower, the Isla Mujeres roll and a shrimp ceviche tostada. Everything came out looking beautiful and had lots of flavor. Our server really looked after us well.

This place is a disaster. The ambiance is deeply weird (they fixed the no music problem cited in prior review, instead they had a lounge act rendition of the Spider Man theme) and we were the only customers in the small restaurant at 11:45 a.m. on a Saturday.

To drink, I ordered a Diet Coke, and my wife just asked for water. The Diet Coke came out in a can, which had expired four months prior (August of 2024. Isn’t that when this location opened!?!?) and lost its flavor, and my wife’s water came out in a plastic bottle.

I ordered the dynamite roll, fried shrimp and cream cheese Inside, with salmon on top, and an order of the tostada with shrimp. My wife, a vegetarian, ordered the poblano roll, one of approximately two items on the menu not featuring meat.

My food arrived first, and the dynamite roll was deeply unsettling. Instead of traditional sushi rice, they had sort of a super compressed rice glob encasing the interior ingredients. In fairness, the interior ingredients were probably fine, if unexciting. The salmon on top, however, was vile. It was cut extremely thin, and folded over on itself. The color of the salmon, if indeed that’s what it was, was a muted pink, appropriate for neither cooked salmon nor the raw salmon one traditionally associated with sushi. In the few bites I tried of the dynamite roll (not the salmon), any flavor of the interior ingredients was entirely overtaken by the blandness of the compressed rice blob.

The ceviche was fine.

Finally, my wife’s roll arrived, and after she started to bite into it, she realized that the main ingredient appeared to be chicken, despite this not being a listed ingredient. Otherwise, the theoretically baked roll was luke warm, and covered in a congealed poblano sauce and corn kernels. Although my wife stopped eating after she realized there was chicken in the roll, I tried some of the chicken to be sure that’s what it was. Either they used canned chicken for this dish, or someone figured out an uncanny simulacrum of canned chicken. Also, given we were the only customers, it is borderline impressive that this roll wasn’t served hot.

We had bad vibes from the start, from the weird ambiance, to the lack of customers, to the extensive menu featuring sushi, Sonoran food, Italian food, Cuban food, and countless other options. Should have listened to our gut and given this one a pass.

I felt like I was in Mexico, but post tariff Mexico. The prices were ABSURD for canned nacho cheese and reheated beef. The rolls are twice the price they should be. Compared to high end sushi places. When every item is copy-pasted at $27, and french fries, plain fried potato sticks, are 10 whole American dollars. Sushi was dry. Low quality ingredients. One speaker behind the counter, playing a single album on repeat. Don’t come here. Also, 0 parking. Good luck not getting t-boned backing out onto Speedway. 1/10.
TLDR: Super friendly people, overpriced, overcomplicated menu.

Ridiculous that they charge 6.99 for a lemonade, plus the fact that the menu has the price for extras like if you ask for salsa for your shrimp cocktail. Price is 18dlls for a shrimp cocktail asked for bottled salsas that most typical restaurants have in tables, my cocktail ended up being 23.99. Never again no wonder place was empty.

Sooooo good. I tried this for the first Time this evening. Their menu is enormous so I wasn’t sure what to order because everything looked really good. I ended up getting a combination plate and another plate called Yakima’s hi and both were delicious.

Portions were a good size, everything was flavorful, service was fast and friendly. 10/10
