Sushi King Japanese Restaurant offers top-grade Sushi and Japanese cuisine. We are conveniently located in the Columbia business center (next to the MVA) with easy access to parking and minutes from MD-175 (Rouse Pkwy), Rt. 95, Rt. 29 & Rt. 32. We provide not only the traditional sushi fare, but we boast a great selection of specialty rolls. Including unique creations by Chef Simon. We offer gluten free options and a variety of other healthy choices as well. The atmosphere is cozy, casual and family friendly. There are tables and a sushi bar, plus two private rooms you can reserve. The staff is very helpful and will do everything they can to make your dining experience a pleasant one.

Sushi King is the sushi KING. This is the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life. The atmosphere, the service, and the incredibly fresh food transports you to nirvana. I don’t think I can ever eat sushi anywhere else again. The takoyaki is an explosion of flavor.

A friend introduced me to Sushi King about a year ago. This is my fourth visit, which is about 30 miles from my house. It’s well worth the trip as everything I have ever eaten here is fabulous. I’ve eaten here once and done delivery or takeout multiple times. It’s become my favorite local sushi place. Everything I’ve had here has been delicious, they have hands down the best Gyoza in our area, and the Explosion Roll should not be missed. I was a little hesitant to order the Golden Roll because it’s one of the pricier ones, but it is also very good – the sauce makes it! The only complaint that I have, and it’s minor is that there’s no way to order the hand rolls when you order through Doordash. But I will happily continue to order from here. Added bonus, the owners are so nice and personable.
