Has delicious vegan sushi. Clean place, clean bathroom. Service is fast. Price is very reasonable, compared with other Japanese restaurant around the area. High ceiling, bright light. Airy dining area. Free ice cream with every. Free, clean and hobeans.

As a loyal customer at Sushi Ken, I can surely say that it is one the most generous, and consistent restaurants in the Bay when it comes to their taste, service and quality. Our go-to order is the Miso Soup, and veggie roles including the Veggie Tiger, Spicy Veggie Tofu, Mango Secret, and Saishoku. Highly recommend! Especially to vegetarians looking for creative and tasty sushi. Must try!

I came in for quick lunch today and ordered the shrimp tempura roll. It was incredible! Freshly prepared, warm and delicious. They also gave out free edamame before my dish came out and they brought out a tiny scoop of ice cream at the end, which was such a nice touch. The service was great as well. Definitely look forward to coming back and trying some more rolls!

My favorite Sushi place in the neighborhood. The chefs are authentic, real Japanese chefs, so the sushi is of high quality. It’s also fairly priced. I highly recommend it.

I really liked the ambience of the place and sushi. I usually only go for cooked rolls but my friend tried the California roll and loved it as well. Drinks also seemed interesting and we ended up ordering a cocktail and mocktail and both were equally amazing.

Great service and yes larger portions however my dishes were so so at best. The place seems warm and friendly but I suggest addressing the following:
– my Romeo Juliette roll fish seemed not so fresh. It was “fishy” if get my drift.
– spicy tuna had zero spiciness and same issue with fish as mentioned.
– my raman broth tasted like hot water.
– wife said her udon was flavorful so that was positive.
– my fried pork had several pieces i could not masticate. My 9 old couldn’t even eat it.
Wife is japanese and she knows her sushi. I dont trust the other reviews here I would suggest these improvements before you visit.

Honestly, it’s a perfect local spot.
They give you free pieces of Edamame and French fries. Matcha ice cream at the end too.
The rolls were delicious and creative.
