Stuck in the area for a few days for work and came across this authentic little mom and pop gem. Fresh everything, tempura is excellent, super friendly and attentive staff and the best bang for the sushi buck I’ve experienced in a long time.

Once we arrived, it was quick seating, and we were sitting in front of the chefs as they had a great atmosphere with each other, joking and laughing. The staff was great, attentive, and quick. Overall, the food was amazing, authentic, and delicious. It’s our hidden gem!

A cozy little hole in the wall that seemed great. Food was almost inedible. All of the fish was chopped and put into seaweed and called sushi. Had the lunch special. The spicy tuna was a brown color, not red like usual. Pieces fell apart. Egg roll was cold. I did enjoy the salad and ginger dressing, but after that it was all downhill. Such a bummer- really wanted to like this place.

Outstanding! KAZU, Simply the best! Better than all the rest. Better than anyone. Anyone I’ve ever met. Every time we come in for a meal and end up having an experience. Protip : order off of the white boards hanging on the walls.

We recently tried Sushi Kazu for the first time and had an amazing experience. We already can’t wait to go back. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is very intimate and cozy, and the service was great. Highly recommend!

We recently moved from central Denver out East towards Parker road. I’ve been trying new restaurants and was craving sushi. Sushi Kazu had good reviews so I gave it a whirl. I can’t believe I’m saying this but it’s in my top 2 with the Sushi Den. Really fresh, delicious fish. My only complaint was the wait. The sushi chef didn’t have any help so was backed up. Otherwise it was delicious.

This is our favorite local sushi place. My favorite is the unaju. My boys love the Chef’s Special. The sashimi platter (photo shown) taste just as wonderful as the photo.

After sampling most every sushi place in the area, this place is the best. They offer good prices, great service and Ono Food. We especially like the hot towel they bring when you get started. We will be back for sure.

This is easily the best sushi place in town. It’s difficult to start because of the beautiful plating by the chef’s but so easy to finish because of the flavor.

The sushi overall was good enough to get a mid day craving solved. However, the rice felt a little pasty and under seasoned for my taste. Furthermore I found a hair in my dish. But! How he seasoned the fish was pretty unique and it had a good kick of flavor! Very fun flavors in the roll and the nigiri was interesting. Lastly in terms of food, there was a bile flavor on one of the pieces of white fish. The rest of the pieces were fine but it was just a little jarring and not something I would expect from a sushi place.
