The service was slow and careless. Orders were frequently incorrect, and on our last round the server completely forgot our order and didn’t even apologize. Communication was poor the entire time.
The food quality was extremely disappointing. The presentation was sloppy and nothing looked like the photos. I ordered an eel roll, and it was mostly fake crab filling with only a tiny bit of eel. In fact, fake crab was used in almost everything, which feels misleading and cheap—especially for sushi advertised as AYCE. The food overall was mediocre at best, overly salty, and lacking flavor.
On top of that, the “all you can eat” concept is very misleading. There are many restrictions on how much and how often you can order, which were not clearly explained until after ordering. Please be aware of this before dining here.
Everything was served with plastic plates, plastic spoons, and plastic forks, which made the experience feel low-quality. The restroom was dirty and outdated, adding to the overall negative impression.
I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. With poor service, misleading AYCE rules, and low-quality food, this restaurant is not worth the money. I would not return and would not recommend it.
I would especially like to recognize our waitress, Melanie! We are very grateful for her attention and patience. When she found out it was our first time there, she kindly explained how everything works and guided us through the menu. Most importantly, she gave us excellent recommendations — and absolutely everything she suggested was incredibly tasty.

The service was friendly, but food does take a while to come out, so it’s best to order everything you want upfront. Most of the dishes were delicious, though we didn’t care much for the grilled skewers or baked mussels, which took over 35 minutes to arrive. Overall, a tasty experience with good service.
