I have had their sushi burrito (amazing and I like an extra cup of sauce), sushi rolls, and today I tried the Hawaiian poke sushi bowl. It was AMAZING. Every time we go, the fish is incredibly fresh, and the meals are filling. Plus the staff/owner(?) is also very friendly. I hope they never leave Ridgefield. If you need a sushi fix, GO HERE!

We’ve tried a variety of items on the menu, and everything has been delicious—but our go-to favorites are the Ridgefield Special and the Crispy Tempura Shrimp rolls. Both are absolute perfection! The Sumo Kick sushi burrito is another standout—packed with flavor and the perfect mix of textures. The service is always friendly. Wow, what a great sushi spot! We had the Vegas jumbo roll, Crunchy Tiger classic roll, and the Crazy Shrimp sushi burrito. Everything was fantastic!! The flavors were fantastic, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Prices were reasonable as well, with large portions. New favorite spot to satisfy sushi cravings.

Genuinely such an amazing place to get sushi. I’ve gone here twice now and the food is always amazing. The worker was so kind and even though I handed him 30 he only took my 20 dollar bill even when my total was a little over $21. Amazing service and a very kind atmosphere!!!

Amazing sushi rolls and sushi bowls! Fish and sides were fresh with lots of great flavour. Friendly and kind costumer service by the owners themselves. There is some outdoor covered seating right outside the food cart. I highly recommend stopping here and trying Sushi Kato!

one of my favorite spots!! the owner is really nice and accommodating! i order the spider burrito and i asked to add shrimp tempura, and he does it without extra charge!! food has always tasted really good and it’s a really good portion!! i come here a lot. the only bad thing is that sometimes i’ve had to wait 10+ minutes but it’s nothing that would stop me from ever going. in the future i think it would be best to call and order ahead for pick up

First time here, and I have had much sushi in my life.. this stands up next to my favorite sushi roll – The 007 roll from Dusaki (the Poconos Pennsylvania).
I got The Fried Salmon Vegas roll, and it was absolutely to LIVE for! I will have trouble trying other things on the menu because this was so good! I know I will want it again!
