We have a party of 14 and the place is small but they were able to accommodate us. We order 3 plates of sashimi, unagi don, salmon poke bowl, many different rolls as well. Food were wonderful. The place was busy the whole time we were there from 6 -8pm. Service was excellent. I definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful sushi and other menu items. Service here is always great. We appreciate the attention to detail. The food is very fresh are ready 5 – 7 minutes within placing an order. In the wait time, we are served salad and soup. Prices are very comparable or better than other sushi restaurants in Clackamas County.

Okay. So I typically try to leave as honest of reviews as I possibly can. I really didn’t want to leave a review this time. Because I felt that the service was exceptional, but the restaurant itself was not. I felt the sushi was a bit off temperature. The crab meat didn’t taste like it should, And the rest of the feeling in the restaurant felt a little bit dirty, not too much. Which leads me to my next point I was constantly bombarded from the time my drink hit the table by tiny little flies that I kept killing over and over it ruined my entire evening, as I tried my best to hold a smile for the hostess, as I knew she understood that I was probably aggravated by what I was going through? I tried to mention it to her, but I know there was nothing she could do about it, but the flies were absolutely atrocious. Even though the service was great, I probably will not be back. Side note: this was the first time I ever took myself out to eat alone as an adult, and it made me feel like I don’t want to do it again haha also.. what’s with the shrimp tails?? UPDATE: Got home and felt something in my teeth.. what was it?? One of the flies.. wow. Just…. wow..

I love the complimentary miso and salad.

Service was friendly and attentive.

I wasn’t a fan of the nigiri (I’m super picky), but I really liked the taste and quality of the teriaki.

The pacing of the dishes was off – apps came out after the mains – but they also came out hot and fresh.

The favorite dish was the fried calamari – the most tender squid I’ve ever had.

I would recommend the cooked dishes over the fish.

This place is absolutely deserving of its rating. It’s unbelievable the amount of fish they give you for prices 50% lower than anywhere else, and it’s really high quality too! The maguro is melty and flavorful, the rolls are large and well portioned, and the gyoza is absolutely killer. Great flavor, perfect fry.

On top of all that they have the to-go process absolutely nailed.

The simple answer to whether you should go here is: you’d be out of your mind not to.

I wish this place was in a better location and bigger. They could do so much more business! Not that they aren’t slammed now but even more could enjoy the food. It’s a very small establishment. Maybe 10 tables. Very tight sitting. Completely worth it. While sitting and waiting for the food to arrive so many to go orders were placed. The food looked so amazing we dove in before we could get pictures. We ordered the teriyaki chicken, katsu chicken, mexican rolls, Philly rolls and gyoza. All equally amazing. Will eat here again but probably get it to go.

Been going here for years. Two regular sushi with two salads and misos. Now you get one salad and miso. Probably time to find a new sushi house.
Not sure why everything is downsizing portions and raising prices. Leave the portions alone and raise the price.
