Great sushi. I had the Osaka roll, eel avocado, and Kampala roll. My girl got the bento box which she enjoyed and said was filling. They had one of the best sweet tea’s I ever had. My girl said it was definitely the best sweet tea she’s had.

We were in town visiting family for the week and came across Sushi Kampai on Google, so we decided to give it a try. I have to say—I absolutely love Chinese food, and everything we ordered here was fresh, hot, and incredibly flavorful. We have a go-to spot back home, but this place easily surpassed it in both taste and quality. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I highly recommend checking this place out!

We’ve been getting takeout from Sushi Kompai since around 2020, and it’s been a reliable spot for us ever since.
The quality has always been consistently good, which is a big reason we keep coming back. The food tastes fresh, the portions are solid, and the staff has always been very friendly when we pick up our orders.
One of our favorite things on the menu is the spicy cream chicken. It’s one of those dishes we end up ordering again and again because it’s just that good. If you’re not sure what to get, their bento boxes are also a great choice. They give you a nice variety and it’s hard to go wrong with them.
Everything we’ve ordered over the years has been fresh and well prepared, and the takeout process is usually quick and easy.

I did not realize that I have been here once before. The first time that I came here I did not end up really liking it and it was pretty consistent with the second one.
I will say that for the price this is definitely worth it but my rating is so low because as someone with celiacs they really have limited role options. Almost every single roll has crab in it that is fake crab and has wheat is the filler.
By far the best things that I had was the white tuna, avocado salad and green tea icecream. I feel like the quality of the rolls could have been a little better. I think the more of their appetizers and cook things would probably be better. I think for the price you can’t go wrong but now that I remember here I won’t come back again.
My waitress was very kind. I would definitely give this place a higher rating if they had less rules with the fake crab meat in it and more diversity within the rolls.

The taste is so good, as good as I have in Japan. The fish is fresh, tasty and delicious. I really like their service very friendly and warm. We enjoy a romantic family dinner atmosphere. The best sushi in Riverview, Tampa, Florida.

Food quality was average. sashimi, and sushi were of standard quality nothing great. For the price get two pieces of sashimi for three dollars, which is reasonable for the quality of fish that you were given. Pork dumplings were good and the shrimp fried rice was average. Personally would have preferred to spend a little bit more money on a better meal.

This small, unassuming restaurant is absolutely delightful! The music they play is very soft, their lighting is warm, and it’s a quiet place. The booth tables can be moved a little to accommodate plus size people, so it’s not too much of a squeeze. Staff are all very kind! The place is also very clean.
The food is wonderful. My boyfriend, brother, and I ordered a few things, and each was delicious. The krab ragoons are small but tasty. I ordered the Korean short ribs, and they were supremely tender. Not too sweet but very soft and very well cleaned since I didn’t chew up any bone shards.
