The food was great. Bento lunch box was YUM you get to choose 2 items for $19. We also added green tea and an ice cream on. Prices were good, place is clean, we will be going back! Getting into the parking lot can be tricky with all the no u-turns on the surrounding streets but found parking easy once in lot.

Service was excellent! Sushi roll selection was extensive. I tried the Tuna Heaven roll, the Yellowtail Lemon roll, and seaweed salad. All were very good. Fish was fresh, not too much rice – perfect amount, and rolls were creative and tasty. I’ll be back to try more if the rolls.

I was pleasantly surprised to enter this very friendly, well maintained restaurant. Our server was David. He was right on top of things. Plus he was patient with us as we made a choice on the menu , but decided on something else. The restaurant is very calm very enjoyable compared to all the noise in other restaurants. I live in Santee, but When inbthe area for sure I will be back. Ample parking. Super clean restaurant!! Even the bathrooms were spotless. Price was fair food delicious!! KUDOS to the staff

Was looking for a last minute date night sushi spot and found this gem. Tried some unique specialty rolls and everything hit the spot! We recommend the white peach sake and the crab mussels. Customer service was great! So attentive and quick. And the rolls were such a great portion for the price. Fish quality melted in our mouths.

We were doing errands in the area and I discovered this great sushi place hidden right by some office buildings. This place looks tiny on the outside but is the perfect fit for a nice lunch. The decorations and environment really sets the scene for the sushi.
They have a great layout for lunch and a nice menu full of specials and numerous rolls. The waitress was great and had plenty of recommendations. We ordered a few rolls as well as a lunch special for our table.
The food prices especially the lunch special offers all come with miso soup, salad, and the prices are great! They cater a lot to the local businesses.

Absolutely love sushi, and Sushi Kami’s was fantastic. For an appetizer, I tried out the Agedashi Tofu. Delicious and nicely fried. The Touch Mango Roll was so good. I wanted to try out something different, and who knew mango goes so well on a sushi roll?! The squid nigiri was also yummy.
The service was excellent. The waiters/waitresses were very friendly from the moment I stepped into the restaurant up until I left. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone .

Fresh sushi featuring sushi bar staples as well as an assortment of interesting rolls, including one with steak in it and another garnished with salsa. I had the submarine roll, which was a spicy tuna roll topped with fresh salmon and avocado. The vegetable roll was one of the better ones in town with a wide variety of vegetables in it. Also serves cooked foods and has a kids menu. Pleasant environment with very cordial service. Plenty of parking.

Almost by chance, on a walk, my wife and I found a delicious place in our neighborhood. Just off freeway 15 is SushiKami, a Japanese food restaurant with excellent service. This time it was a lunch where we were able to try two of the dishes recommended by the house in their specials. A satisfactory experience, good flavor and quality of fresh products, our waitress was very kind and helped us at all times and took care of us very well. The restaurant in general has a very good sushi bar with a fairly balanced menu. An interesting beer and wine bar. The service was quite fast, and the quality of the food standard and fresh. Accessible parking but with a little traffic due to its proximity to the highway exit. My recommendation is if you are going to go Friday Saturday and Sunday dinner time is to make a reservation to avoid waiting due to the capacity of the place. Good for celebrating family birthdays.

Every now and then we go explore other sushi places, only to say Kami Sushi is better 🙂
We always get the salmon sashimi. Many times I reorder the lemon albacore roll and my husband likes the Sakura roll. Recently we got one with scallops and which was delicious!
