The food here was fine, and you can tell they put effort into the presentation for their atmosphere. We tried a few different rolls and the one of the desserts was definitely not the flavour i expected in a bad way. It was a dessert thing that tasted stale and had no flavour, but other than that it was pretty decent.
As for the atmosphere, it looked very modern in a good way, which made it a special spot for a meal. The service was what you’d expect. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re in the mood for sushi in the area.
I enjoyed my visit as there was more items than when I first came when they recently opened but I recommend the Sushi Jet in Halifax as there is more options and the food comes out faster!

The sushi was mediocre. There was a group of us that all got the buffet. And tried multiple kinds of sushi rolls and they all pretty much tasted the same (A little bland). Nothing too special about them.
The sashimi was good and the little sesame balls were good. But a little disappointed in the sushi itself.
This place also has a couple AI robot servers. Which I don’t like. Called me old fashioned but these robots are slowly taking human jobs and this place promotes it so I wasn’t a fan of seeing that either.

First time visiting any of the Sushi Jet locations and I had high expectations based on the reviews.
Food:
The food is just okay in my opinion, the sushi is ok to good, but I’ve had better. The dishes I selected were very bland and had very little flavour. Our table of six ordered at least 30 different dishes between us all and we all thought the same thing about how flavourless most dishes were. We did have two Thai curry dishes which were great tasting, but beyond those two dishes the rest of them fell below what I would have expected.
On another note some of the dishes we ordered when we arrived we never received, or received at the end when none of us wanted anymore food. Some dishes took 30 to 40 mins to receive, like my son’s french fries.
Service:
The service was great at the beginning and tapered off throughout our dining experience. We did have one young girl who was extremely helpful and respo9, but I unfortunately we had several different people serving our table and no dedicated server.
Atmosphere:
The restaurant was new and well laid out, very stylish and had a nice look and feel to it. The bathrooms were clean and well kept with state of the art sink, which has automatic water taps and Dyson hand dryers built-in with the taps, pretty cool if you ask me.
Overall the food was the biggest disappointment for the family. I unfortunately will not be coming back as there has to be better options in Halifax for Sushi all you can eat restaurants.

What a fantastic experience! The sashimi is incredibly fresh and the menu has a great variety of other dishes. The modern interior is sleek and welcoming, and ordering is a breeze thanks to the tablets at every table where you can explore the menu and place your order instantly. The robot cat servers are absolutely adorable and make the whole visit so much fun. Parking is easy and the staff is friendly, making the experience effortless and enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back for more of the delicious food and the unique dining atmosphere!

All the food was amazing and really delicious. The sushi was great, lobster rolls were very delightful, clam chowder is great. Other options such as tempura are very great too and they have many options for food. Taro ice cream is lots better than chocolate and more exquisite so if you want dessert get taro ice cream.

I can’t wait to come back! I was dealing with a foot injury from work that made getting around really tough, but the staff here took incredible care of me. A special shoutout to Abby! who went above and beyond with such kindness and professionalism, assisting me with everything except eating my meals. Even if their service is partly motivated by tips or reputation, it doesn’t take away from the fact that this place truly deserves a five-star rating.

Sushi was very fresh and delicious. The delivery robot was cute, and the staff understood what a gluten allergy was. They had gluten-free soy sauce and gave me a whole seperate tablet to order from, to ensure they knew those orders were for an allergy. Oh and the GF fried rice was amazing!

Frist time at SushiJet. Tables were clean, and music was at a good level of loudness. Not knowing what to order, definitely all you can eat is a good option. Finnick was absolutely lovely. Very kind and approachable for answering all your questions. Other staff was very nice aswell. I had the best experience and will be back again.

We love to go as a family! We always do the “all you can eat” option and are always very happy with our experience! Food is great, service is excellent and atmosphere is awesome. The robot kitties bringing stuff to the table is always fun! Great selection of sushi and lots of selection for the non sushi lovers as well. We always leave very satisfied!
