Sushi J Restaurant & Bar in downtown Dallas opens at 11 AM Monday — Sunday and closes at 9 PM. They have many delicious choices on their Menu now with a new Specials Menu and pictures of rolls like the new roll from the menu Blackened Tuna that makes you wanna to try them all. Sushi J welcomes you with a bright and colorful dinning room atmosphere highlighted with orange booths and a specially designed orange treat you don’t forget. The color orange was named after the fruit and radiates warmth and energy so while eating here you feel happy and healthy. Be good humans!!

Very fresh and yummie sashimi and tempura sushi rolls. The tempura rolls are called Super Tempura. They made tempura right after you order it so the texture is way better than the already prepared ones. Thanks for the cute orange 🙂

The owner is very pleasant and checks on you personally.
The chowmein and teriyaki chicken are fabulous and generously portioned-i always take some home.
Ask for Ty’s special Gyoza (pork dumplings) they are amazing!
This is a great place to bring the whole family, our girls love the miso soup and rice. Our 2 year old daughter thought it was her birthday when they gave us an orange cleverly carved to look like a panda.
This place is definitely on our list of favorites!

The restaurant is clean and has fun and colorful decor. The food was delicious and fresh and was very well priced. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. If you like sushi, I would highly recommend Sushi J.

Delicious! The the sushi is good, the rice is great, and the service is excellent. This place has all the markers of a good neighborhood family restaurant. They really take good care of you the moment you step in the door. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I tried this wonderful new restaurant last night with my boyfriend and some friends. All I can say is, that was the best sushi I’ve ever had!!! It was so good. The presentation was on point and very impressive. The service was excellent and very accommodating.

We tried a variety of rolls. My boyfriend and I had the Yummy Crunch and the Sunshine. They were delicious. My favorite was the Sunshine. We also tried the 911. That was yummy too. With a little kick.

Last night was NOT a good chance to give this restaurant a positive review. We will try it again. Our problem last night was NOT the food, it was the waitress, and her husband/boyfriend, and their crying children. We only go out for dinner once every 3-4 months, so were looking forward to a pleasant evening, trying out a new Sushi Restaurant. First off, the owner should put a help wanted sign up at WOU, and get a decent server in there to help. We will try it again in 3-4 months, hope that this restaurant is still here then!
