Love this place. My girlfriend and I went on our first date here and we have made it a tradition to come back every year on the same day and every-time we come we have a wonderful time. The food is great as is the service. Can’t wait to come back again next year ❤️

I found a bone in a piece of salmon sashimi, but in their defense, I did order a lot. Aside from that hiccup, everything else was fantastic. The food, the atmosphere, the deals. They are tucked in a somewhat expensive area so the price was a pleasant surprise.
I would have given this place a 4 star review, but looking at their overall rating, I think the average should be higher, 4.5 at least.

I’ve been coming to this hidden gem in Yorkville since I was in high school – always consistently delicious and fresh! Service is lightning fast and this is always appreciated. I know whenever I am in the area, I can pop in to fuel up before going about my day. My favourite dish is the Silver Bento Box!

We just stumbled upon this spot leaving the ROM museum. Really good local spot. Sushi is good stuff!! Really fresh and quick with service. We both ordered miso. We got pork and chicken miso. Really good flavor and definitely recommend. Service was great and the bill was fairly priced.

I was looking for a place to grab lunch after a facial, and decided to check out Sushi Inn because I didn’t want to dine solo with a red face at one of the higher end restaurants in the area.
I was seated right away, and the staff were all very friendly. The atmosphere was casual, which made it a good spot for anyone just looking for a quick bite. Lunch specials were available, and the picing was overall reasonable. However, the sushi here was only okay. The rice was a bit mushy, and while the fish wasn’t bad, it didn’t seem the freshest to me. This isn’t particularly a restaurant that I would be eager to return to.

Ordered the $15 chicken teriyaki special. The chicken tasted very odd & they just precook the chicken and then add a premade sauce on top. It would’ve worked if they at least stir fried it together….But as for the chicken itself I never had a bad chicken teriyaki before … until now. It had a really weird taste which was very unpleasant.
Maybe just order the sushi from this place instead .
My server was rude today, but maybe it was just her. All the other servers I had from here previously have been nice and you get seated quickly.

The food was good large portion for the lunch special and very affordable for the area. They made our food quickly, customer service was good and will definitely be coming back! The ambiance of the restaurant is regular nothing fancy but for the essentials. I was also impressed with the fried chicken, some places it’s just so greasy thicken batter and here they made it with good seasoning. The option for fried rice was a nice touch

I really enjoyed my sashimi. The tempura wasn’t very crispy, and the slices were so large my dining companion and I needed a knife to cut them in half. There was no broccoli in the tempura. The server was very inexperienced. She served my appetizer first, and my friend’s appetizer arrived 10 minutes later. We hadn’t finished our apps when my sashimi arrived. There was no room on the table so the server put it on the empty table to our side. My friend’s entree arrived fifteen minutes later. Our tiny cups of tea were only refilled twice during a 90-minute dinner. When we asked for the bill, the server handed the POS machine already forwarded to tip — we couldn’t see the charges! We then had to ask for a receipt. Again, I was very pleased with the sashimi and would make plans to return soon if not for the shoddy service.
