Prize for quality I would say it’s six out of 10.
I recommend you try the yam yam sushi this was to our surprise very good. I would rated an eight out of 10 the other sushi lacked a little bit of flavor, but they were not bad.
We asked for sushis and were delecious.
Ashley was out server .Excellent service.
First off, let’s talk about the menu—it’s a choose-your-own-sushi-adventure novel with plot twists like Yakitori, Tuna Towers, and something called an Oreo Sensation which sounds like a Boy Band but tastes like deep-fried dessert heaven.
I started with the Takoyaki, because nothing says “trust the process” like eating fried octopus puffs covered in bonito flakes that wave at you like they’re alive. Spoiler: they’re not. But they are delicious.
Then I blacked out and woke up to a Surf and Turf Roll that changed my life. Fried shrimp, spicy krab, asparagus, and strip steak all in one bite? It was like a hibachi grill and a seafood boil had a love child.
Also ordered the JaleTuna Bites, which sounds like something that would appear on Hot Ones. These little jalapeño-stuffed bombs were cheesy, spicy, and tempura-fried—aka the three major food groups.
And let me just say—the ramen is no afterthought here. I ordered the tonkotsu pork broth and suddenly felt like I was in a Tokyo noodle shop being spiritually cleansed by broth and steam.
For dessert, I obviously went full maniac and got the Oreo Sensation. Five tempura-fried Oreo puffs that looked me straight in the eye and dared me to finish them all. I did. I’m proud. I’m ashamed. I have no regrets.
Pro tip: They do $2 off rolls during happy hour. That’s basically a sign from the universe.
In short: If you like sushi, snacks, and feeling like you’re making questionable but amazing life choices, Sushi Inc is your new religion. Just be prepared to unbutton your pants after.
Oh also their chocolate brownie dessert is amazing!!
